本刊宗旨是堅持黨的基本路線，貫徹“百花齊放、百家爭鳴”和理論與實際相結合的方針，報道國內外有關化學、物理交叉學科領域的研究理論、科研成果等，為促進科學技術的發(fā)展，為增進國內外學術交流，為加速我國四化建設服務。本刊以化學、物理交叉學科領域內的科研人員、大專院校師生以及有關人為主要對象，為他們開辟發(fā)表新理論、新成果的園地。
