摘要：本文針對我國現代物流人才匱乏的現實，在對物流人才培養(yǎng)的意義和現狀進行分析的基礎上，就如何建立科學合理的物流人才培養(yǎng)體系提出了三點建議：明確物流人才的知識結構及素質要求；提高物流人才學歷教育的質量；做好物流人才非學歷培訓教育。
