豐富多彩的研究生活動(dòng)

2010年7月26日，氣科院20名2009級碩士研究生一行抵達(dá)山東省濟(jì)南市，開始研究生暑期社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。2010年共有35名研究生分別在山東省氣象局和廣東省氣象局開展實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，這里也將成為繼湖北省氣象局、黑龍江省氣象局之后的我院研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐基地。氣科院與中科院大氣物理研究所博士后學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)于2010年9月召開，并于9月成功舉辦了氣科院研究生部籃球、乒乓球、羽毛球等6項(xiàng)體育聯(lián)賽。

The Postdoctoral Scientif c Research Workstation of CAMS Was Honored “Nationwide Outstanding Workstation for Postdoctoral Scientif c Researches” in 2010

With its establishment in 2002, forty-f ve postdoctoral fellows pursued their scientif c researches in the workstation, nine fellows were orderly granted 11 research projects of the Youth Fund of National Science Fund of China, 1 fellow 1 research project of the Returned Overseas Scholar Fellowship, six fellows supported by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, 1 fellow granted a research project from the Special Technical R&D Program for Scientif c Academies and Institute Ministry of Science and Technology. The postdoctoral fellows in the workstation had 67 papers published in the core scientif c research journals, among which 27 papers were published in the SCI/EI cited journals, 48 papers presented within the international and domestic academic conferences. While working in the workstation, the postdocs coordinated or got involved in research activities of 27 projects at the national level.

Until the end of 2010, 25 fellows successfully f nished their postdoctoral careers, and became an important part of the mainstay in the scientific research and operational positions. Most of them have already been promoted into a professional post with a high level. Some fellows after their postdoctoral careers, have become supervisors of graduate students.

Colorful Graduate Student Life

Twenty graduate students of 09 CAMS arrived at Jinan, Shandong province in 26 July 2010 to start their summer social practice. In the year 35 graduate students undertook the practice in Shandong Provincial Meteorological Service and Guangdong Provincial Meteorological Service, where it was a new summer social practice base for graduates after Hubei Provincial Meteorological Service and Heilongjiang Provincial Meteorological Service.

Postdoctoral academic symposium was organized by postdoc fellows from Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences and Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in September.

Graduate Division of CAMS successfully organized a tournament of 6 matches such as baseball, table tennis and badminton.

2010年12月27日，氣科院與浙江省氣象局共建浙江省氣象科學(xué)研究院合作協(xié)議簽字儀式在浙江省氣象局舉行。此次合作旨在加強(qiáng)浙江省氣象防災(zāi)減災(zāi)和應(yīng)對氣候變化的科技支撐能力建設(shè)，進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)氣科院科研與業(yè)務(wù)的結(jié)合，攜手加快推進(jìn)浙江省氣象事業(yè)發(fā)展The Partnership Agreement on co-establishment of the Meteorological Science Academy of Zhejiang Province by CAMS and Zhejiang (Provincial) Meteorological Service was signed in Zhejiang Meteorological Service on 27 December 2010. The partnership aims at the scientif c capacity enhancement on disaster prevention and mitigation and climate change tackling in Zhejiang Province, further promotes the links between the researches and operations within the CAMS, and jointly speeds up the development of meteorological services in the province

2010年9月13—14日，第5次“青藏高原地區(qū)地表—對流層—平流層之間大氣物質(zhì)和能量輸送及其對全球氣候影響”中美雙邊學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)在北京舉行，中美科學(xué)家共30余人參加了此次會(huì)議Fifth Workshop on “Surface- Troposphere-Stratosphere Interaction over the Tibetan Plateau and its Impacts on Global and Regional Climate Change” held in Beijing on 13-14 September 2010, bilateral participation from USA and China with more than 30 scientists

2010年9月29日，中印山地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和氣候變化研討會(huì)在中國氣象局召開。本次會(huì)議由中國國家發(fā)展和改革委員會(huì)、印度環(huán)境與森林部聯(lián)合主辦，中國氣象科學(xué)研究院承辦。中國氣象局、中國科學(xué)院、中國氣象科學(xué)研究院以及印度環(huán)境與森林部、印度科技部、印度水資源部、印度氣象局的20余位專家參加了此次會(huì)議China-India Joint Workshop on Mountain Ecosystem and Climate Change held in China Meteorological Administration on 29 September 2010, jointly hosted by National Development and Reform Commission of China and Indian Environment and Forest Ministry, undertaken by Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences. More than twenty experts from China Meteorological Administration, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences, and Indian Ministry of Environment and Forest, Indian Ministry of Sciences and Technologies, Indian Ministry of Water Resource, Indian Meteorological Administration participated in the workshop

2010年10月19日， WMO大氣環(huán)境研究部Liisa Jalkanen博士到氣科院大氣成分中心參觀訪問。副院長張小曳向來賓介紹了大氣成分中心觀測站網(wǎng)、業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)等工作，并就WMO城市環(huán)境與氣象先導(dǎo)性項(xiàng)目以及與GAW有關(guān)的其他議題進(jìn)行座談Dr. Liisa Jalkanen from WMO Atmospheric Environments Department visited the CMA Centre for Atmosphere Watch and Services on 19 October 2010. Vice President Zhang Xiaoye introduced the observational website, operational services of the center to the visitor, and discussed the urban environment, meteorological pilot programme and other GAW topics
