展館形似一艘高懸于空中的“月亮船”，在地面和屋頂栽種棗椰樹，形成一個樹影婆娑、沙漠風情濃郁的空中花園。館內(nèi)介紹沙特阿拉伯地理、人口、歷史、政治等內(nèi)容，重點展示四種類型的城市：能源之城、綠之城、文化古城、新經(jīng)濟之城，揭示水、石油和知識是沙特阿拉伯城市發(fā)展的安身立命之本。

The Saudi Arabia Pavilion features a fine centerpiece:

A huge hanging boat shaped like a half moon.The moon boat”is loaded with dreams and friendship.Date alms have been planted on the top deck of the boat,creating hanging garden,and thus epitomizing the oases in the esert.Visitors will receive a warm welcome in both modern s well as traditional Bedouin tents set among date palm trees.
