How to Keep a Good Eating Habit
It is necessary for us all to develop a healthy lifestyle. If you want to take care of your health, you should eat more fruit and vegetables and stay away from sugar and candy. You are not supposed to eat too much food that is fried like French fries, barbecues and unhealthy food. They can increase the risk of cancer. In order to have a healthy lifestyle, as teenagers, we should have a balanced diet and don’t eat too much junk food. We must take more exercise a day. Keeping a good eating habit is important for us to keep a healthy lifestyle.
