摘要:將脫乙酰度94.2%的殼聚糖溶解于0.5%醋酸溶液中,配制成0.5%的殼聚糖溶液,然后按照殼聚糖與活性炭質(zhì)量比1∶50使殼聚糖負(fù)載在活性炭上, 制成固體復(fù)合吸附劑,用于去除污水中汞離子(Hg2+)。試驗(yàn)表明,水中Hg2+含量100 mg/L、pH 3.7、吸附時(shí)間25 min、吸附劑用量為2.5 g/L時(shí),水樣中Hg2+的去除率為99.56%,與只用活性炭吸附相比提高了17.22個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

Studies on the Adsorption of Hg2+ by Activated Carbon-Chitosan Compound Adsorbent

Abstract: Chitosan with 94.2% of deacetylation degree was dissolved into 0.5% acetic acid to get 0.5% chitosan-acetic acid solution. Then solid carbon -chitosan compound adsorbent was made with mass ratio of chitosan to carbon at 1∶50 to remove Hg2+ in waste water. The results indicated that when the Hg2+ content in water was 100 mg/L, pH at 3.7, the adsorption time was 25 min and the adsorbent dosage was 2.5 g/L, the removal rate of Hg2+ was 99.56%; which increased by 17.22 percentage point compared with using activated carbon only.
