摘要:通過不同播種密度及氮肥、磷肥施用量對半夏產(chǎn)量的影響研究,為半夏(Pinellia ternata)高產(chǎn)繁殖栽培技術(shù)提供依據(jù)。采用3因子5水平二次通用旋轉(zhuǎn)組合設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,3個試驗(yàn)因子對半夏塊莖產(chǎn)量影響的重要程度從大到小為播種密度、P2O5施用量、N施用量。建立了各因素與半夏塊莖產(chǎn)量的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過對模型解析和模擬尋優(yōu),提出半夏塊莖產(chǎn)量≥2 700 g/m2和半夏塊莖產(chǎn)量≥3 100 g/m2的優(yōu)化栽培方案。

Study on Cultivation Technique of High-Yielding Multiplication for Pinellia ternata

Abstract: In order to provide a basis for high-yielding cultivation technique of Pinellia ternata, effects of planting density and respective applications of organic, nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer on the yield of P. ternate were studied. 5-level quadratic currency rotational combinational method adopted on the 3 factors was performed. It indicated that the planting density was the most important factor restricting the tuber yield of P. ternata, application of phosphate fertilizer was the second one and application of nitrogen fertilizer was the last one. And then a mathematic model was built between the 3 factors and the tuber yield of P. ternata. Using model analysis and simulation optimization, an optimum cultivation schemes about the tuber yield of P. ternata more than 2 700 g/m2 and 3 100 g/m2 were proposed.
