優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)在神經(jīng)內(nèi)科重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室實(shí)施的效果

目的觀察并分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)在神經(jīng)內(nèi)科重癥護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取2013年3月~2013年11月到我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科接受治療的重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室患者64例,分為對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組各32例,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理,實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù),觀察并比較兩組患者的住院時(shí)間及患者的護(hù)理工作滿意度。結(jié)果采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度明顯高于對(duì)照組護(hù)理滿意度,住院時(shí)間也比對(duì)照組的短,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論神經(jīng)內(nèi)科重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的護(hù)理服務(wù)能有效地縮短患者的住院時(shí)間,提升護(hù)理滿意度。

1.1 一般資料
選取2013年3月~2013年11月我院接受的神經(jīng)內(nèi)科重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室患者64例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組各32例。其中男41例,女23例;年齡28~76歲,平均年齡(46.3±3.6)歲;病程1~7年,平均病程(3.5±1.3)年。兩組患者在性別、年齡及病程等方面沒(méi)有顯著差異,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
1.2 方法
實(shí)施人性化護(hù)理;由于重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室患者的病情危急,進(jìn)行護(hù)理工作時(shí)必須謹(jǐn)慎。首先應(yīng)改善病房環(huán)境,確保病房的清潔,控制好病房的溫度與濕度,同時(shí)還要做好心理護(hù)理工作。由于重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室患者對(duì)陌生的環(huán)境
及疾病本身帶來(lái)的痛苦會(huì)產(chǎn)生緊張、恐懼的情緒,護(hù)理人員應(yīng)加強(qiáng)與患者的溝通,講解成功的例子以增強(qiáng)患者的信心。改善護(hù)理流程;護(hù)理人員在對(duì)神經(jīng)內(nèi)科重癥室患者進(jìn)行護(hù)理時(shí),應(yīng)該根據(jù)神經(jīng)內(nèi)科及患者的實(shí)際情況改善護(hù)理流程?;颊呷朐汉?,護(hù)理人員應(yīng)根據(jù)患者的具體病情調(diào)整值班表。由于神經(jīng)內(nèi)科患者在夜間發(fā)病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大,且患者為重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室病患,其發(fā)病的隨機(jī)性與危險(xiǎn)性極高,因此必須加強(qiáng)對(duì)重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室患者的監(jiān)護(hù)力度。同時(shí)還要對(duì)患者的病情變化及護(hù)理方法等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)記錄。重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室護(hù)理團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)該形成小組責(zé)任制,推選出小組負(fù)責(zé)人員負(fù)責(zé)病房小組護(hù)理人員調(diào)配并組織危重急患者搶救等工作,小組護(hù)理人員應(yīng)做到沉著應(yīng)對(duì)護(hù)理工作中遇到的突發(fā)情況。
采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組30例(93.8%)患者對(duì)護(hù)理工作滿意,對(duì)照組有25例(78.1%)患者對(duì)護(hù)理工作滿意,觀察組護(hù)理滿意度明顯高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。觀察組患者住院時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)為25 d,對(duì)照組患者的最長(zhǎng)住院時(shí)間為33 d,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。
由于神經(jīng)內(nèi)科重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室患者的病情具有發(fā)病急、護(hù)理難等特點(diǎn),因此護(hù)理人員應(yīng)該提高自身護(hù)理質(zhì)量[1]。由于神經(jīng)內(nèi)科疾病具有復(fù)雜多變的特點(diǎn),尤其是重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室的患者,采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的護(hù)理服務(wù)能有效地提高患者對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度,且能縮短患者的住院時(shí)間。護(hù)理人員在對(duì)重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室患者進(jìn)行護(hù)理時(shí)應(yīng)密切關(guān)注患者的病情變化,改善護(hù)理流程,同時(shí)也要注重實(shí)施人性化護(hù)理[2]。護(hù)理人員在進(jìn)行護(hù)理工作的過(guò)程中,應(yīng)提高自身的責(zé)任感,為患者提供安全、優(yōu)質(zhì)及滿意的護(hù)理服務(wù)。在實(shí)施人性化護(hù)理服務(wù)的同時(shí)也應(yīng)該根據(jù)患者的具體病情采用合理的護(hù)理方案,進(jìn)一步提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量。在本次研究中,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)后,患者對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度達(dá)到93.8%,而對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)的護(hù)理服務(wù)后,護(hù)理滿意度為78.1%(P<0.05);觀察組患者的住院時(shí)間也明顯對(duì)比照組患者的短(P<0.05)。由此可見(jiàn),在落實(shí)基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上給予優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù),能有效地提高患者對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度,同時(shí)縮短了患者的住院時(shí)間,具有良好的護(hù)理效果,值得臨床推廣與使用。

High Quality Nursing Service in Neurology Intensive Care Unit Implementation Effect

ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the application of the high quality nursing service in neurology intensive care effect. Selection.MethodsMarch 2013 ~ 2013 in November to the department of neurology for treatment of 64 patients with intensive care were divided into control group and experimental group,32 cases in control group given conventional nursing,the experimental group to give high quality nursing service,observe and compare the two groups of patients' length of hospital stay and patients' nursing job satisfaction.ResultsHigh quality nursing service,the experimental group patients to nursing job satisfaction nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group ,length of hospital stay is shorter than in the control group,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant .ConclusionNeurology intensive care unit is made of high quality nursing service can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
