9月5日晚，由重慶市政府外僑辦、渝中區(qū)政府主辦的駐渝領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)中秋聯(lián)誼會(huì)在湖廣會(huì)館舉行。重慶市人大常委會(huì)副主任杜黎明，匈牙利、日本、丹麥、荷蘭、埃塞俄比亞、菲律賓、加拿大、英國、意大利、柬埔寨等國駐渝（總）領(lǐng)事館有關(guān)人士，新加坡、日本、中國香港等駐渝境外媒體代表參加了聯(lián)誼會(huì)。

杜黎明在聯(lián)誼會(huì)上表示，重慶作為大江大山之城，有著開放、兼容的胸襟和氣魄，作為中國西部唯一的直轄市和國家中心城市，近年來，內(nèi)陸開放高地的建設(shè)和開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的成效十分明顯，國外駐渝領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)已增至10家。在重慶開放發(fā)展過程中，各國駐渝領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)揮了非常重要的積極作用，真摯希望大家一如既往地支持、參與重慶的建設(shè)發(fā)展，熱忱歡迎各國企業(yè)來重慶尋求商機(jī)，開拓市場、共同發(fā)展，各國各地人民來重慶觀光旅游、深化交流。

第33期香港公務(wù)員國家事務(wù)研習(xí)班考察重慶

9月10—13日，由30名香港特區(qū)政府高級(jí)公務(wù)員組成的第33期香港公務(wù)員國家事務(wù)研習(xí)班來渝訪問，考察重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展情況。研習(xí)班分別赴兩江新區(qū)、保稅港區(qū)和西永微電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園參觀，了解重慶在發(fā)展對(duì)外開放高地和微電子產(chǎn)業(yè)過程中的現(xiàn)在與未來；參觀了重慶大轟炸遺址、三峽博物館、桂園、曾家?guī)r及民主黨派歷史陳列館等，對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)歷史、陪都文化有了更加深入的認(rèn)識(shí)。

期間，重慶市港澳辦舉辦了交流會(huì)。我市相關(guān)部門在會(huì)上全面系統(tǒng)地介紹了重慶市的情況。重慶市發(fā)展改革委代表從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、商貿(mào)等領(lǐng)域做了概括說明；市政委、城鄉(xiāng)建委、公務(wù)員局和衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委等代表對(duì)本部門的職能責(zé)任做了詳細(xì)介紹。香港公務(wù)員代表積極互動(dòng)，探討了雙方在運(yùn)營管理上的異同。

此期研習(xí)班由北京大學(xué)港澳研究中心承辦，國務(wù)院港澳辦派員全程陪同。

荷蘭駐華大使來渝訪問

9月11-12日，荷蘭駐華大使賈高博一行來渝訪問。重慶市副市長劉強(qiáng)會(huì)見了賈高博一行，賓主雙方就進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)在經(jīng)貿(mào)、人文等領(lǐng)域的全方位互利合作，以及荷蘭駐渝總領(lǐng)館正式開館等事宜交換了意見。代表團(tuán)還就荷蘭駐渝總領(lǐng)事館年內(nèi)正式開館具體事項(xiàng)與重慶市外事僑務(wù)辦公室進(jìn)行了會(huì)談，達(dá)成共識(shí)。荷蘭駐渝總領(lǐng)事譚敬南，重慶市外事僑務(wù)辦公室副主任陳高山、王雯等出席了有關(guān)活動(dòng)。

中國二戰(zhàn)史研究中心常務(wù)副會(huì)長少將肖裕聲一行訪渝

9月12日，重慶市對(duì)外友協(xié)副會(huì)長王廣成會(huì)見了來渝訪問的中國二戰(zhàn)史研究會(huì)常務(wù)副會(huì)長兼秘書長肖裕聲少將一行。2015年是世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭暨中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭勝利70周年，重慶市對(duì)外友協(xié)和中國二戰(zhàn)史研究會(huì)希借此機(jī)會(huì)，在渝共同舉辦“世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭東方主戰(zhàn)場國際合作研討會(huì)”。會(huì)談中，雙方初步商定了會(huì)議主題、舉辦時(shí)間和邀請(qǐng)嘉賓等事宜，表示將按節(jié)儉辦會(huì)、注重實(shí)效的原則，擴(kuò)大會(huì)議影響力，為服務(wù)國家總體外交和促進(jìn)重慶對(duì)外民間交往而努力。

2014重慶首屆意大利文化季盛大開幕

9月17日，2014情系意大利之秋文化季開幕式——“意想天開的時(shí)代”在龍湖時(shí)代天街購物中心拉開序幕。重慶市人民政府外事僑務(wù)辦公室副主任陳高山、意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館總領(lǐng)事馬非同先生參加開幕式并致辭。

開幕式上，專門從事意大利六七十年代著名影片聲帶研究的專業(yè)樂隊(duì)“Italian Surf Academy”以全新方式現(xiàn)場演繹了意大利傳統(tǒng)音樂。他們表演的Ennio Morricone的音樂，曾被用作很多知名電影的配樂音頻。同時(shí)，音樂會(huì)運(yùn)用多媒體技術(shù)，取得了非常震撼的現(xiàn)場效果，吸引許多市民駐足觀看，將本次文化季的氣氛推向高潮。9月18日，該樂隊(duì)還走進(jìn)西南大學(xué)舉辦演出。

在接下來的3個(gè)月當(dāng)中，意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館將在我市舉辦一系列畫展、建筑設(shè)計(jì)展、音樂會(huì)、中意學(xué)校交流等文化藝術(shù)活動(dòng)，通過時(shí)裝秀和電影展映等方式，多元化展現(xiàn)意大利歷史與文化，向市民介紹意大利文化。

東亞銀行公益基金向大足一小學(xué)捐贈(zèng)20萬元教輔設(shè)備

9月18日，上海宋慶齡基金會(huì)-東亞銀行公益基金向大足縣智鳳鎮(zhèn)彌陀中心小學(xué)進(jìn)行捐贈(zèng)。這是公益基金成立以來在重慶捐贈(zèng)的第二個(gè)螢火蟲計(jì)劃，也是全國第三十六個(gè)。本次捐贈(zèng)是由中山市艾迪梵珠寶有限公司通過公益基金進(jìn)行捐贈(zèng)。捐助內(nèi)容包括：幫助學(xué)校建設(shè)價(jià)值約15萬元的電教設(shè)施和圖書室，對(duì)學(xué)生捐助900多套“螢火蟲60包裹”，每個(gè)包裹包括書包、文具等學(xué)習(xí)用品，每個(gè)包裹價(jià)值約60元。

第六屆中國西部動(dòng)漫文化節(jié)國外知名參展商云集

2014第六屆中國西部動(dòng)漫文化節(jié)于9月30日-10月4日在重慶（南坪）國際會(huì)展中心舉辦。本屆展會(huì)按照獨(dú)特的“1+6+1”的模式舉行，分為COSPLAY、電子競技、街舞三大特色賽事，以南坪國際會(huì)展中心為一個(gè)主體節(jié)展中心，同時(shí)還在九龍坡、北部新區(qū)、渝北區(qū)、江北區(qū)、沙坪壩區(qū)、渝中區(qū)分設(shè)6個(gè)分展區(qū)，舉辦了動(dòng)漫啤酒嘉年華、動(dòng)漫競技等25項(xiàng)動(dòng)漫活動(dòng)，讓動(dòng)漫愛好者們一飽眼福。此次主展館到館總?cè)藬?shù)約15萬，主展館與6個(gè)分展場總?cè)藬?shù)超50萬。

來自俄羅斯、烏克蘭、意大利等眾多國內(nèi)外知名coser、聲優(yōu)、漫畫家前來參加。參展商家300多家，包括中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)代表企業(yè)新浪網(wǎng)、騰訊網(wǎng)；以及國際知名企業(yè)美國暴雪公司、美國雷蛇公司；香港、澳門等地區(qū)參展商也參加了節(jié)展。豐富的活動(dòng)內(nèi)容還吸引了眾多在重慶居住的外國友人前往參觀。

重慶與卡塔爾國投資合作論壇在渝舉行

9月25日，重慶與卡塔爾國投資合作洽談會(huì)在重慶隆重舉行。以卡塔爾中央銀行行長阿勒薩尼為團(tuán)長的卡塔爾高級(jí)金融訪渝代表團(tuán)一行，聽取了重慶部分國企的介紹和相關(guān)投資機(jī)會(huì)推介。

2011年11月，重慶與卡塔爾多哈開通直航客運(yùn)航線，正式架起了中國西部地區(qū)與中東地區(qū)溝通交流的空中橋梁。阿勒薩尼率團(tuán)訪渝開展投資項(xiàng)目洽談，作為前期雙方商洽基礎(chǔ)上的進(jìn)一步深化，對(duì)重慶與卡塔爾的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。

西南證券董事長崔堅(jiān)表示，當(dāng)前將重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)兩項(xiàng)工作，一是為卡塔爾資本落戶重慶和中國西部作好項(xiàng)目融資和推薦工作，包括直接參與投資；二是爭取率先實(shí)現(xiàn)與卡塔爾金融機(jī)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)合作。

在論壇上，重慶渝富集團(tuán)、重慶化醫(yī)集團(tuán)、重慶高速集團(tuán)、安誠保險(xiǎn)、重慶通用航空、中新大東方等重慶國企做了企業(yè)介紹和投資項(xiàng)目推介，引起了卡方的極大興趣，重慶企業(yè)與卡方投資機(jī)構(gòu)作了投資可行性等方面的深入討論。

State Secretary of Latvian Ministry of Transport Visited Chongqing

On September 2nd- 4ththe State Secretary of Latvian Ministry of Transport,Mr.Kaspars Ozolins visited Chongqing.Liu Qiang,Vice Mayor of Chongqing met with the delegation,exchanged views on expanding the Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe railway operation and strengthening the land,sea and air logistics trade cooperation in various fields,enhance the level of regional practical cooperation between China and Central and East European countries under the framework of the co-operation mechanism.Chongqing-Latvia trade logistics cooperation promotion fairs were organized and focused on making the best of the Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe international railway transportation channel;enhance bilateral cooperation in transportation,logistics,trade and other fields between the two sides and reached series of co-operational intentions.The delegation also visited the Liangjiang New Area and bonded port.The Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office,Mrs.Wang Wen also attended the activities.

The 33rd Issue of Hong Kong Civil ServantsNational Workshop Visited Chongqing

On September 10-13th,the 33rd Issue of Hong Kong Civil Servants National Workshop of 30 senior civil servants visited Chongqing to inspect economic and social development of Chongqing.The workshop visited Liangjiang New Area,bonded port and Xiyong microelectronic industrial park to learn about the present and future of Chongqing's development in opening up the Highlands and the microelectronics industry;Visited the Three Gorges Museum,Chongqing bombing sites,Gui Yuan,Zengjiayan and the Museums to display the history of the democratic parties,had a deeper understanding of the history and the capital of culture.

During the visit the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office held a seminar to introduce the city of Chongqing.The Hong Kong civil servants represented positive interactions and discussed the similarities and differences between both sides in operation management.

This seminar was hosted by the Hong Kong and Macao Research Center of Peking University,the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council sent staff to accompany.

Netherlands Ambassador to China Visited Chongqing

On September 11-12th,the Netherlands Ambassador to China,Mr.Aart Jacobi visited Chongqing

Vice Mayor of Chongqing,Liu Qiang met with Aart Jacobi,the two sides exchanged views on further strengthening the mutually beneficial cooperation in economy,trade,culture and other fields,as well as the opening of Netherlands Consulate General in Chongqing.the delegation also held talks with Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office on specific matters of official opening of Netherlands Consulate-General in Chongqing and reached a consensus.Consul-General of the Netherlands in Chongqing Mr.Guido Tielman,Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Chen Gaoshan,Wang Wen attended relevant activities.

Executive Vice President of the Center for Studies of Chinese History of World War II visited Chongqing

On September 12,vice president of Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries,Mr.Wang Guangcheng met with the executive vice president,secretarygeneral of the Center for Studies of Chinese History of World WarⅡ,major-general Xiao Yusheng.2015 is the 70th anniversary of the victory of the world anti-fascist war and the Chinese people against Japanese war.

Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Chinese Research Association of history of the world warⅡtook this opportunity to jointly organize a "seminar on Oriental main battlefield of international cooperation in the world anti-fascist war.”Both sides initially agreed on the conference theme,time and invited guests during the talks,and hoped to expand influence and make great efforts to serve the country's overall diplomacy and the foreign exchanges of Chongqing.

Grand opening of 2014 Italian Cultural Season in Chongqing

On September 17,2014 the first Italian cultural season kicked off in Chongqing.Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Chen Gaoshan,Consul-General of Consulate-General of Italy Chongqing,Mr.Sergio Maffettone attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

In the opening ceremony,the professional band "Italian Surf Academy" that’a specializing in Italy 60-70s study on the most famous film sound performed live show of Italy traditional music in a whole new way,attracting many people to watch.On September 18,this band also went to Southwestern University to perform.

Over the next 3 months,a series of exhibitions will be organized by Italy Consulate General in Chongqing,including Sino-Italian design exhibitions,concerts,school exchanges,cultural and artistic activities,diversified show Italy history and introduce to the Chongqing people the Italy culture by fashion shows and film screenings.

BEA Bank Charity Fund Donated ￥200,000

Supplementary Equipment to a Primary School in Dazu

On September 18,the Shanghai Soong Ching ling Foundation- BEA Charity Fund made donations to Mituo Central primary school in Zhifeng Town,Dazu County.It was the second Firefly plan in Chongqing ever since the Charity Fund was set up,which is also the 36th in China.The donation is donated by Zhongshan Ai Difan Jewellery Company through the public funds,including helping schools build about ￥150,000 worth of audiovisual facilities and library,donating more than 900 sets of glow-60 packages to the students,each package includes bags,stationery and school supplies,worth about ￥60.

Chongqing - Qatar Investment Cooperation Forum Held in Chongqing

On September 25,Chongqing-Qatar investment and cooperation fair was held in Chongqing.Governor of Qatar Central Bank,Mr.Sheikh Abdullah bin Saud al-Thani led a senior finance delegation visited Chongqing,listened to the promotion of investment opportunities and briefing of State-owned enterprises of Chongqing.

In November 2011,open direct flight between Chongqing and Doha,Qatar opened,which formally set up a bridge of communication between Western China and the Middle East.This visit by Thani had a profound impact on the economic and trade cooperation on both sides.

Cui Jian,the Chairman of Southwest securities said,the current work will focus on two parts,one is project financing and recommendation for the Qatar capital located in Chongqing and Western China,including direct investment;the second is getting to the innovation of business cooperation with Qatar financial institution.

At the Forum,part of State-owned enterprises in Chongqing made enterprises and investment projects promotion which has caused great interest of the Qatar side,Chongqing enterprises had in-depth discussion of feasibility with Qatar.

International Exhibitors Gathered in the Western China Cartoon Culture Festival

2014 the 6thWestern China Cartoon Cultural Festival was held from September 30 to October 4 at Nanping International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Chongqing.This exhibition was held according to an unique of "1+6+1" mode,which includes COSPLAY,electronic athletic,and street dance of three big features events.there are also 6 section exhibitions in Jiulongpo District,North New District,Yubei District,Jiangbei District,Shapingba District,and Yuzhong District,holding anime beer Carnival,anime athletic of 25 items anime activities.the main Pavilion received about 150,000 people,over 500,000 people showed up at the main exhibition hall and 6 others exhibition areas.

Many other well-known Coser,seiyuu and cartoonists who are from Russia,Ukraine,and Italy attended this exhibition,more than 300 enterprises joined,including Chinese Internet companies Sina,Tencent;As well as well-known international companies Blizzard Corporation from the U.S,the American Thunder snake company;companies in Hong Kong,Macao and other regions also participated in the exhibition,it also attracted many foreign friends.
