駐渝領事機構湖廣會館慶中秋

9月5日晚，由重慶市政府外僑辦、渝中區(qū)政府主辦的駐渝領事機構中秋聯(lián)誼會在湖廣會館舉行。重慶市人大常委會副主任杜黎明，匈牙利、日本、丹麥、荷蘭、埃塞俄比亞、菲律賓、加拿大、英國、意大利、柬埔寨等國駐渝（總）領事館有關人士，新加坡、日本、中國香港等駐渝境外媒體代表參加了聯(lián)誼會。

杜黎明在聯(lián)誼會上表示，重慶作為大江大山之城，有著開放、兼容的胸襟和氣魄，作為中國西部唯一的直轄市和國家中心城市，近年來，內(nèi)陸開放高地的建設和開放型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的成效十分明顯，國外駐渝領事機構已增至10家。在重慶開放發(fā)展過程中，各國駐渝領事機構發(fā)揮了非常重要的積極作用，真摯希望大家一如既往地支持、參與重慶的建設發(fā)展，熱忱歡迎各國企業(yè)來重慶尋求商機，開拓市場、共同發(fā)展，各國各地人民來重慶觀光旅游、深化交流。

市委研究室和市外僑辦聯(lián)合召開“重慶融入絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶建設戰(zhàn)略”專題座談會

8月27日，重慶市委研究室和重慶市外僑辦聯(lián)合召開專題座談會，就“重慶融入絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶建設戰(zhàn)略的對策與建議”聽取我市專家學者的意見。市委副秘書長、市委研究室主任劉文海到會講話，表示希望我市專家學者積極建言獻策，為重慶融入絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶建設貢獻智慧，為市領導決策提供參考。市委研究室副主任李振京、市外僑辦副主任劉光術和市委研究室、市外僑辦相關處室參會。市政府相關領導與我市專家學者圍繞重慶融入絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶建設的重大意義、優(yōu)劣勢分析、戰(zhàn)略與對策等議題作專題發(fā)言，提出了意見建議。

第九屆中韓高層財經(jīng)界對話會在重慶舉行

9月1日，中國企業(yè)聯(lián)合會與韓國全國經(jīng)濟人聯(lián)合會在重慶召開了第九屆中韓高層財經(jīng)界對話會，全國政協(xié)原副主席、中國企業(yè)聯(lián)合會會長王忠禹，韓國全國經(jīng)濟人聯(lián)合會會長許昌秀出席會議。

據(jù)介紹，中韓高層財經(jīng)界對話會于2004年首次召開，今年是第一次在中國西部區(qū)域舉辦，共有100多名中韓企業(yè)家出席。本次對話會圍繞習近平主席今年7月訪韓與樸槿惠總統(tǒng)的會談成果，以“中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)建設與全面深化經(jīng)貿(mào)合作”為主題，雙方進行了深入交流，取得了廣泛共識。

匈牙利駐重慶總領館遷新址

9月9日，記者從匈牙利駐重慶總領事館舉行的新館啟動儀式上了解到，匈牙利駐重慶總領事館連同匈牙利簽證中心搬遷至渝中區(qū)民生路235號海航保利國際中心（原重慶賓館位置）36樓。據(jù)匈牙利駐重慶總領事海博介紹，新館面積比之前大了約100平方米，搬遷后的簽證中心，服務窗口增至7個，這將大大提高辦理簽證的效率。

匈牙利駐重慶總領事館是重慶目前唯一具有因私出國自主簽證權的歐洲國家領事機構，該總領事館除能辦理本國簽證，還代辦奧地利、捷克、芬蘭、瑞士、斯洛文尼亞、愛沙利亞、立陶宛、荷蘭等8個申根國家的簽證。

重慶市政府外事僑務辦公室副主任陳高山在啟動儀式上致辭，他表示，近年來，重慶與匈牙利之間的友好交往增多，高層互訪，友城來往，雙方在經(jīng)貿(mào)、文化、教育等領域深入發(fā)展，良好互動，匈牙利駐渝總領館為推動重慶與匈牙利之間的交流發(fā)展發(fā)揮了橋梁作用，匈牙利代其他歐洲國家發(fā)放簽證將為重慶與歐洲的交往帶來極大便利。

重慶文化代表團參加杜塞爾多夫中國節(jié)

大紅燈籠、印著成語的彩旗和漂亮的風箏齊飛揚。當?shù)貢r間9月6日，2014德國杜塞爾多夫中國節(jié)開幕。重慶文化代表團獻演的民樂獨奏、合奏，展示的非遺技藝及重慶·印象圖片展大受歡迎，讓當?shù)厥忻窈腿A人華僑感受到濃濃的中國風、巴渝情。

當?shù)厥忻窦叭A人華僑紛紛前往參加中國節(jié)。一排排紅色帳篷里，刻字藝術、書法、茶藝、中醫(yī)藥、推拿按摩、漢語入門課程等各種中國文化元素令人流連忘返，重慶榮昌折扇、梁平竹簾、剪紙、布藝及亂針繡等非遺絕活展示讓當?shù)厝梭@嘆不已。

背景印有兩個大大的中國字“慶典”的舞臺上，富有濃郁中國風的節(jié)目精彩上演，舞獅、打太極拳等都有德國愛好者同臺表演。重慶民樂團帶來的二胡、板胡、笛子、笙、琵琶、嗩吶等民族樂器的獨奏與合奏，變臉表演、德文歌曲的演唱等贏得觀眾陣陣喝彩。

在市政廳里展出的重慶·印象圖片展，通過一幅幅作品，反映了重慶的城市建設、人文風情和自然風光，展現(xiàn)了重慶獨特的魅力，給當?shù)厥忻裉峁┝艘簧雀兄貞c的窗口。

重慶與泰國友好合作工作小組第一次會議在渝召開

9月11日，“中國重慶市與泰國友好合作工作小組第一次會議”在市外僑大樓召開。中泰雙方代表在旅游航空、文化、教育、經(jīng)貿(mào)和投資合作四個領域展開合作洽談。重慶市人民政府外事僑務辦公室副主任唐文、泰國駐成都總領事郭梅特等出席會議并致辭。

會上，唐文表達了對泰國客人的歡迎，總結和肯定了渝泰兩地在過去幾年里在旅游、經(jīng)貿(mào)、文化等領域的合作和成績。郭梅特總結了渝泰兩地過去幾年的友好表現(xiàn)和近年來的合作交流，展望了渝泰今后合作的進一步加強。會上，渝泰雙方代表在旅游航空、文化、教育、經(jīng)貿(mào)和投資合作四個領域進行了討論交流，提出多項促合作、利發(fā)展的建議和措施，并計劃在會后落實。會議最后確定中國重慶市與泰國友好合作工作小組第二次會議在明年上半年舉行，把渝泰雙方的友好合作延續(xù)下去。

"Chongqing into the Silk Road Economy Zone Strategy" Symposium Held

On August 27, the Research Office of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Of fi ce jointly held a symposium of "Chongqing into the Silk Road economy zone strategy” to listen to the opinions of experts and scholars.

Vice Secretary of Municipal Party Chief, Director of the Research Of fi ce Liu Wenhai made a statement, and expressed the hope that the experts and scholars can actively express their advice, contribute their wisdom to the construction of Chongqing Silk Road Economy Zone, providing reference for decision-making of the leaders. Vice-Director of the municipal party Committee Li Zhenjing, Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Liu Guangshu attended the meeting.

Government officials, experts and scholars put forward opinions and suggestions on the great importance of Chongqing into the Silk Road economy zone, made presentations about advantages and disadvantages of analysis, strategy and tactics issues.

The 9th China-ROK High-level Financial Dialogue Meeting Held in Chongqing

The 9th China-ROK High-level Financial Dialogue Meeting was joinly held by the China Enterprise Association and the Korea Federation of National Economy in Chongqing on September 1st.Former Vice Chairman of the CPPCC, President of the China Enterprise Association Wang Zhongyu, and President of the Korea Federation of National Economy attended the meeting.

According to the report, the Sino-Korea high-level fi nancial dialogue was fi rstly held in 2004,it was the fi rst time that’s held in west China this year, a total of more than 100 Korean entrepreneurs to attend. This dialogue surrounded outcome of President XI Jinping’s visit to Korea this July and with "Sino-Korea free trade area construction and deepening economic and trade cooperation" as its theme, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges, and reached broad consensus.

Consular Organizations in Chongqing Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival

In the evening of September 5, a Mid-Autumn festival celebrating activity for consular organizations hosted by Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Yuzhong District of People's Government in Chongqing was held at the Huguang Guild.Du Liming, the Deputy Director of Chongqing Municipal People's Congress, (General) consulates in Chongqing from Hungary, Japan, Denmark, the Netherlands, Ethiopia, the Philippines, Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy and Cambodia, foreign media representatives such as Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong in China participated in this activity.

Du Liming said, in recent years, the construction of inland open highland and results of the development of open economy are obviously great, consular of fi ces have increased to 10 in Chongqing. The consular institutions have played a very important and positive role in open development process, and sincerely hope people continue to support and participate in the construction and development of Chongqing, Chongqing warmly welcome foreign companies to seek business opportunities, developing the market and people to travel to Chongqing and deepen the Exchange.

Hungary Consulate-General in Chongqing Moved to New Site

It is reported that Hungary Consulate General in Chongqing, together with Hungary Visa Center relocated to 36F of Haihang International Center, No. 235 Minsheng road, Yuzhong district (the former Chongqing Hotel).according to the consul-general Mr. Haiba Tamas, the new of fi ce is about 100 square meters bigger than before, services windows of the Visa Center after the removal increased to 7, which will greatly improve the ef fi ciency of visa application.

Hungary Consulate General in Chongqing is the only European consular office that has right to issue personal independent visa in Chongqing, not only can it issue their visas, but also charge d ' affaires Schengen visa for Austria, the Czech Republic, Finland, Switzerland, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania and the Netherlands of these 8 countries.

Deputy director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Chen Gaoshan gave a speech at the opening ceremony, In recent years, friendly exchanges between Chongqing and Hungary increased, high-level visit, sister cities relations, the two sides have further development in areas of economy and trade, culture, education. Hungary Consulate-General in Chongqing played a role as a bridge of communication promoting development between Chongqing and Hungary. Hungary on behalf of other European countries to issue visas greatly facilitates the exchanges between Chongqing and Europe.

Local time on September 6, 2014 Germany Dusseldorf China Festival opened. First Meeting of Chongqing and Thailand Friendly Cooperation Working Group Held

The first meeting of Chongqing and Thailand friendly cooperation working group was held at Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office on September 11.both sides had cooperation talks in tourism, culture, education, trade and investment cooperation of four areas. Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Tang Wen, Consul General of Royal Thai Consulate General in Chengdu, Komate Kamalanavin attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

Mr. Tang Wen summarized and af fi rmed the cooperation and accomplishments of Chongqing and Thailand in tourism, economic, trade, culture over the past few years. Mr. Kamalanavin summarized the friendly exchange and cooperation in recent years and looked forward to future cooperation. Representatives from both sides discussed and exchanged opinions in tourism, aviation, culture, education, trade and investment cooperation of four areas at the meeting, making a number of suggestions to promote cooperation and planning to have them implemented. It is finalized that the second meeting of Chongqing and Thailand friendly cooperation working group will be held in the fi rst half of next year, the bilateral friendly cooperation between Chongqing and Thailand will be continued.
