This year Jiangxi Province will actively promote and carry out central enterprise assistance activity, strive to introduce implementation opinions on central enterprise assistance to the rejuvenation and development of the former Soviet Area in Southern Jiangxi,establish central enterprise pair-up assistance to the rejuvenation development mechanism in the former Soviet Area in Southern Jiangxi, and urge central enterprises to deploy more large projects in the former Soviet area.

Deepen opening up and cooperation, fully take advantage of major investment promotion activity platforms including Xiamen CIFIT,Expo Central China, and Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional (PPRD) Cooperation and

Development Forum and Trade Fair, with the help of out-of-town agencies, vigorously publicize rejuvenation development policies,industries, and location advantages of the former Soviet Area in Southern Jiangxi, further improve the reputation and influence of rejuvenation development strategies in the former Central Soviet Area such as Southern Jiangxi.

In combination with advantages of featured industries such as tungsten, rare earth deep intensive processing and high-end application,electronic information, bio-pharmaceutics,modern light textile in the former Central Soviet Area, through province-city interlinkage method, hold special theme industry investment promotion fairs in coastal areas,aiming to introduce a batch of pillar-type key projects with large investment scale and strong boosting ability.

Meanwhile, confirm 50 key leading enterprises inside the former Central Soviet Area such as

Southern Jiangxi, offer regular coordination and allocation to solve enterprises’ actual difficulties, strive to cultivate and consolidate leading enterprises, strengthen leading enterprises’ industry leadership role, and improve blood-making function and development support.

Place the emphasis on properly promoting the development of a batch of industry transition development platforms such as state-level South China ion-type rare earth and tungsten engineering technology research center,tungsten new material new industrialization industry demonstration base, Nankang Furniture Industry Base, Ji An Electronic Information, and Wuzhou Bio-pharmaceutics,speed up the construction of key industry transition projects including Ganzhou large rare earth enterprise group, China Auto Parts(Ganzhou) Industry Base, Beidou Industrial Park, in order to enable industry development to scale new height.
