On October 19, the Shanxi Province Pinglu County Phase I 800,000t/a Aluminum Oxide Project of Shanxi Fusheng Aluminum Co.,Ltd,a subordinate of Hangzhou Jinjiang Group,started operation. This is the fourth Aluminum oxide project constructed and operated by Jinjiang Group.Fusheng Aluminum Pinglu Aluminum Oxide Project was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, since its start of construction, the project has obtained high level of concern from officials at all levels of Shanxi Province, Yucheng City,and Pinglu County, the Project Construction Command Post took full advantage of all resources, especially by utilizing Cayman Aluminum platform, and using the latest technologies and equipment, improved aluminum oxide production technique and safety, energy-saving and emission-reduction standard, through joint effects of participating design and construction units. Since October 9,2014 it began joint load commissioning,and on October 19 it successfully manufactured qualified Aluminum oxide product. The launching of Pinglu Aluminum Oxide Project signaled that the development of Jinjiang Group’s nonferrous industry in Shanxi again had turned over a new page.
