摘要:基于LTE的衛(wèi)星移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)將3GPP LTE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與衛(wèi)星通信技術(shù)相結(jié)合,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)移動(dòng)通信的高速全球覆蓋具有重要的意義.然而,衛(wèi)星通信面臨的高誤碼率、上下行帶寬非對(duì)稱等問(wèn)題,對(duì)衛(wèi)星移動(dòng)通信的資源調(diào)度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量保證提出了重要挑戰(zhàn).以LTE半持續(xù)調(diào)度機(jī)制為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)衛(wèi)星移動(dòng)通信語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù),提出了一種上行無(wú)線資源調(diào)度方案VoSPS. VoSPS中增加了基于上行信道質(zhì)量的準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制和截?cái)鄼C(jī)制,減少了上行資源的浪費(fèi);引入了一種基于語(yǔ)音服務(wù)滿意度的語(yǔ)音編碼速率調(diào)整算法,增加了系統(tǒng)的用戶容量.仿真結(jié)果表明,VoSPS能有效提高系統(tǒng)的用戶滿意度和語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)容量.

A Semipersistent Scheduling Mechanism
for Voice Service in Satellite Mobile Communication

Abstract:LTEbased (Long Term Evolution) satellite mobile communication system combines 3GPP LTE standards and satellite communication technology and has important significance for the global coverage of mobile communication at a high speed. However, the problem of high bit error rate and bandwidth asymmetry in satellite communication constitutes a great challenge for the wireless resource scheduling and QoS (Quality of Service) guarantee in satellite mobile communication. Based on the semipersistent scheduling mechanism in LTE, we proposed an uplink wireless resource scheduling scheme named VoSPS (Voice service Semipersistent Scheduling). We added an access permission mechanism and a truncation mechanism based on uplink channel quality to VoSPS, reducing the waste of uplink resources. We also introduced a speech coding rate adjustment algorithm based on voice service satisfaction, which increased the user capacity of the system. The results of the simulation show that VoSPS can increase user satisfaction and the voice service capacity of the system effectively.

基于LTE的衛(wèi)星移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)將長(zhǎng)期演進(jìn)LTE(Long Term Evolution)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用到衛(wèi)星通信中,是陸地蜂窩移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展和延伸,在解決偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)、受災(zāi)區(qū)及人口稀少地區(qū)的移動(dòng)通信服務(wù)方面具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)越性.
語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)是衛(wèi)星移動(dòng)通信最重要最基礎(chǔ)的業(yè)務(wù)之一.然而,與地面LTE網(wǎng)絡(luò)不同,衛(wèi)星移動(dòng)通信中星地鏈路面臨的高誤碼率、上下行帶寬非對(duì)稱[1]等嚴(yán)峻問(wèn)題,對(duì)無(wú)線資源調(diào)度和業(yè)務(wù)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量保證提出了極大的挑戰(zhàn).因此,如何充分有效地利用系統(tǒng)鏈路資源,尤其是上行資源,成為提高系統(tǒng)用戶滿意度和語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)容量的關(guān)鍵.
本文在LTE半持續(xù)調(diào)度[2]機(jī)制基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種支持衛(wèi)星移動(dòng)通信語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)的上行無(wú)線資源調(diào)度方案VoSPS(Voice service Semipersistent Scheduling).針對(duì)星地鏈路高誤碼率的特點(diǎn),VoSPS中加入了基于上行信道質(zhì)量的準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制和截?cái)鄼C(jī)制.用戶信道質(zhì)量惡化時(shí),數(shù)據(jù)誤碼率增大,產(chǎn)生大量的重傳數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)自適應(yīng)調(diào)制編碼AMC(Adaptive Modulation and Coding)技術(shù)[3]使得用戶占用更多無(wú)線資源.準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制和截?cái)鄼C(jī)制避免了信道質(zhì)量嚴(yán)重惡化的用戶對(duì)無(wú)線資源的浪費(fèi).
針對(duì)上下行帶寬非對(duì)稱的特點(diǎn),為了充分利用系統(tǒng)的上行資源,增大用戶容量,VoSPS中提出了一種基于語(yǔ)音服務(wù)滿意度的語(yǔ)音編碼速率調(diào)整SCRA(Speech Coding Rate Adjustment)算法.當(dāng)系統(tǒng)沒(méi)有足夠的空閑資源響應(yīng)用戶的呼叫時(shí),合理降低現(xiàn)有用戶的語(yǔ)音編碼速率,減少他們占用的資源,從而為新呼叫分配資源.
