摘要基于城市流強(qiáng)度理論模型,對泛珠江三角洲經(jīng)濟(jì)圈117個地級市2003年和2012年的城市流強(qiáng)度和結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行測算,并依此對經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的空間聯(lián)系進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)濟(jì)圈城市流強(qiáng)度值偏小的城市數(shù)量多于75個,城市間的空間聯(lián)系偏弱,城市流強(qiáng)度存在明顯的區(qū)域差異.主要原因是區(qū)域發(fā)展不均衡,綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實力較弱的城市數(shù)量超過65個,產(chǎn)業(yè)的外向服務(wù)能力不足.第二產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)圈城市流強(qiáng)度影響大于第三產(chǎn)業(yè),第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對城市流強(qiáng)度的影響逐漸增強(qiáng).隨時間發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)圈城市流強(qiáng)度由受第二產(chǎn)業(yè)主導(dǎo)變?yōu)槎⑷a(chǎn)業(yè)共同影響.泛珠江三角洲經(jīng)濟(jì)圈仍處于工業(yè)化發(fā)展階段,未來城市空間聯(lián)系的格局和演化還可基于城市職能及發(fā)展要素的空間分布關(guān)系等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)控.

Delta Economic Zone Based on Urban Flow

AbstractBased on the theory model of urban flow, the intensity and structure of urban flow in 117 cities of PanPearl River Delta Economic Zone in both 2003 and 2012 are calculated and analyzed, and thereby the space relation of economic circle is analyzed as well. The results showed that more than 75 cities have a smaller intensity of urban flow and a smaller space relation and there exists significant regional differences in the intensity of the urban flow owe to uneven regional development. More than 65 cities have a smaller economy power and a smaller outward service function.The intensity of urban flow still obtains a lager benefit from the secondary industry than from the tertiary industry, the impact of the tertiary industry in urban traffic intensity gradually increased. With time going on, the intensity of urban flow has been affected by both the secondary and tertiary industries from dominated by the secondary industry. The PanPearl River Delta Economic Zone is still in the development stage of industrialization, future structure and evolution of urban spatial linkages could be regulated based on both urban function and spatial distribution of development elements.

在區(qū)域協(xié)作與發(fā)展日益一體化的背景下,城市的規(guī)模與結(jié)構(gòu)日益完善,在區(qū)域發(fā)展中的作用和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位日益突出[1].隨著時間演進(jìn),城市間空間聯(lián)系的內(nèi)容與方式日趨改變,對區(qū)域間功能互補(bǔ)以及生產(chǎn)要素的空間配置效率影響明顯,已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)研究的熱點與核心之一[2].
基于空間聯(lián)系的內(nèi)容、方式、深度以及廣度等方面,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究.早在上世紀(jì)三、四十年代Reilly[3]和Harris[4]等國外學(xué)者就基于區(qū)域間的空間聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度運(yùn)用引力模型等方法進(jìn)行了定量的測度與模擬.20世紀(jì)五、六十年代,國外學(xué)者頻繁運(yùn)用定量分析法對城市間的空間聯(lián)系和相互作用進(jìn)行研究,其中以Ullman[5]和Haggett[6]為代表.近年來,國外學(xué)者對區(qū)域間空間聯(lián)系分析的重點逐步向定性描述方向轉(zhuǎn)變,實證性的應(yīng)用分析逐步減少,具有代表性的是Sara[7]和Shaw[8]分別基于加強(qiáng)區(qū)域間聯(lián)系措施以及人口遷移流動特征,從不同方面對城市流強(qiáng)度模型進(jìn)行的分析.國內(nèi)學(xué)者朱英明[9]、曹紅陽[10]、蔡堅[11]、薛宗保[12]、高超[13]等也分別利用城市流強(qiáng)度模型對我國不同區(qū)域及城市間的空間聯(lián)系進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究.國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于城市間相互作用研究的方向、尺度與階段差異明顯,國外學(xué)者從宏觀尺度上將城市流強(qiáng)度模型與其他理論模型相結(jié)合,傾向于對理論模型的定性分析與擴(kuò)展運(yùn)用,而國內(nèi)學(xué)者則側(cè)重于中觀尺度上對城市流強(qiáng)度模型與其他模型的對比實證分析.
