Walking to School

I think walk①to school is good for us.At first，walking to school is a good way to exercise and it’s good to②health.Next，it’s fun to walk together with friends every day.We can talk about interesting something③and know each other better.What’s more，if we go to school on foot，our parents won’t have to drive us to school.They will have more time to work and relax.More walking and less driving can help make our city much clean④.The streets will be less crowded than before.So I hope more and more students will go to school on foot.

1.優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

本文觀點(diǎn)明確，信息全面，立場鮮明。對“步行去上學(xué)”的優(yōu)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述，最后提出自己的希望。本文使用了at first，next，what’s more等使得文章層次分明，結(jié)構(gòu)清晰。而if引導(dǎo)的條件狀語從句，使文章句式豐富，富有多樣化。另外，短語的使用體現(xiàn)了作者不凡的語言功底。

2.需要修改的地方：

①walk改為walking。動詞不能做主語，但是動名詞可以做主語，故walk改為walking；

②to改為for。be good to意為“對某人好”，故此處應(yīng)用be good for；

③interesting something改為something interesting。當(dāng)形容詞修飾something，anything，nothing，everything等不定代詞時，形容詞必須放在不定代詞的后面；

④clean改為cleaner。much修飾形容詞或副詞的比較級，故此處應(yīng)將clean改為cleaner。

3.評分：

按中考英語作文滿分20分的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，本文修改前可得18分。

1.優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

本文以反意設(shè)問句開頭，突出了主題。本文層次清晰，語言得當(dāng)，銜接緊湊，說服力強(qiáng)，是一篇值得推薦的學(xué)生習(xí)作。

2.需要修改的地方：

①puzzling改為puzzled。修飾人時用puzzled，表示“感到疑惑的”；

②for改為to。lead to，固定搭配，表示“引起；導(dǎo)致；通向”；

③hardly改為hard。hard意為“努力地”，hardly意為“幾乎不”；

④proud改為pride。take pride in等同于be proud of，意為“以……自豪”。

3.評分：

按中考英語作文滿分15分的評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，本文修改前可得13分。

The shop assistant saw us and came over to help us.At last，my parents spent 6，000 yuan buying a computer.I knew I could do maths homework，draw pictures and surf on the Internet with it.I liked it very much.

My Favorite School Life

My school life has changed a lot since this term.We don’t need to get to school early.We begin our lessons at eight o’clock.

We have four classes in the morning and two ones in the afternoon.After the second class in the morning，we do eye exercise and morning exercise.

School is over after the second class in the afternoon.We can do different kinds of sports. And we don’t have too much homework to do.We have lots of free time.We can do what we like.We can take part in many after-school activities.

In a word，we are happier and healthier than before.

Where There Is a Will，There Is a Way.

“Where there is a will，there is a way.”It is my motto.I believe I can succeed as long as I work hard.

Actually，I didn’t feel confident before，because I had many shortcomings and I didn’t want to make efforts.This made me often screw up a lot of things.At that time I didn’t know how to change myself，so I asked my father about this.He told me，“Where there is a will，there is a way.”It means I should make more efforts than before.

One year ago，our school organized a dictation activity.I thought this was a good chance to change myself.I prepared for it day and night，and I tried my best to do it.Finally，I showed my abilities and I succeeded on that day.From then on，I believed that where there is a will，there is a way.

The Earlier，the Better

When I was thirteen，I went to junior middle school.I didn’t know how to wash clothes at that time.Myparentsneveraskedmetodoany housework at home.My primary school was not a boarding school so I went home after school every weekday.Myparentsalwayssaidthatdoing housework was a waste of time.They asked me to spend my time on schoolwork in order to get good grades and get into a good junior middle school.

It was the first time for me to study in a boarding school.It was also my first time to wash clothes.I put the dirty clothes into a basin and used my right foot to“wash”trousers.I stepped on it again and again.My roommates looked at me strangely.“Why don’t you use your hands？”They asked me.“A foot is better than a hand.”I said to them.The trousers were hung onto the rope，and the dirty water kept dropping.“Why don’t you make it clean？You should wash it three times with water！”You could imagine how embarrassed I was！

When I was in Grade Eight，I could do chores easily.I said to my parents，“You should let me do housework as early as I can.My classmates always laugh at me.My bowl is dirty and my clothes are always not clean enough.”They started to agree me to do housework at home.

Ithinkit’simportantforchildrentodo housework at home.It is good for future life when we need to be independent.Someone like me still don’t know how to wash clothes，either！I want to say，the earlier children learn to be independent，the better it is for their future.

越早越好

我十三歲那年上了初中。那個時候我還不知道怎么洗衣服。在家里，我的父母從來沒有要求我做過家務(wù)。我之前上的小學(xué)不是寄宿學(xué)校，所以每天放學(xué)后就回家。我的父母總是說，做家務(wù)活兒是浪費(fèi)時間。他們要求我把時間放在功課上，為的就是讓我取得好成績，進(jìn)入一個好中學(xué)。

這是我第一次上寄宿學(xué)校，也是我第一次洗衣服。我把臟衣服放進(jìn)洗臉盆，然后用右腳去“洗”褲子。我踩了又踩，室友們都奇怪地看著我?！澳銥槭裁床挥檬窒茨?？”他們問我?！澳_比手好。”我對他們說。褲子懸掛在繩子上，臟水不停地往下掉?！澳銥槭裁床话阉蓛裟兀磕銘?yīng)該用水洗三次！”你可以想象，當(dāng)時我有多么尷尬！

在我讀八年級的時候，我輕輕松松就做完家務(wù)。我對父母說：“你們應(yīng)該盡早地讓我做家務(wù)活兒。我的同學(xué)老是嘲笑我。我的碗是臟的，我的衣服總是不夠干凈?！彼麄冮_始同意我在家里做家務(wù)。

我認(rèn)為，對孩子來說，在家做家務(wù)很重要。當(dāng)我們需要獨(dú)立的時候，它有利于未來的生活。有人像我一樣，也不知道怎么洗衣服。我想說，孩子們越早學(xué)會獨(dú)立，對他們的未來越好。
