A： Indonesia is our most important market currently. The textile industry there is now in the peak period， with increasing demand for printing machine， and will become our largest market in the future.

Q： Why does Jilong choose to participate in the exhibition？ What expectation or desired results does Jilong want to reach？

A： Indonesia is now a major OEM market for Europe and America， with particularly high demand for textile products. We participate in the exhibition for each year， for Indonesia will be one of major markets for Jilong Machine in the future.

Indotex usually brings good effect to us and local publicity for our brand is the major purpose. Since 2006， when Jilong entered Indonesia market， our sales have been rising and I believe the future will see better performance.

Q： In recent years， “go globally” and “introduce in” have been important steps in transformation and upgrading of Chinas textile enterprises. Whether is there any strategic layout in this regard？

A： Our company has always been learning from advanced technology at home and abroad， constantly improving and updating our products. And the company set up two new plants this year， one in Zhejiang， mainly for producing setting machine， and the other in Anhui， serving as a major production base of Jilong printing machine in the future. Jinjiang headquarters will act as research and development base and production base of warp knitting machine.

Q： What product or technology will be promoted in the exhibition？ How do they perform in market application？

A： Our main products are rotary screen printing machine and flat screen printing machine， which enjoy a certain reputation in Indonesia， and we want to become the major Chinas supplier of printing machine in Indonesia.

An excellent printing machine can have a good performance in the printing quality and unit price， in order to improve the competitive ability of printing fabric. At present， based on the long experience in machine manufacturing industry， an auto flat screen printing machine is developed as below feature： use digital double servo motor blanket-location， avoiding the sliding of the blanket， guaranteeing the high precision printing； the printing unit is free of choosing stroke， speed， direction， delay， squeegee is variable speed， stable and accurate； screen frame fixed device is adjustable， up/down is controlled by servo motor， guaranteeing the stable and accurate frame and improving printing precision， use CAN system， PLC touch screen， simple operation， display machine situation， easy maintains； application in various printing， high production， printing speed can reach 26m/min （at standard repeat）.
