1.Coumel's sign指Coumel征或定律，當(dāng)預(yù)激綜合征發(fā)生順傳型房室折返性心動過速時(shí)，如旁道同側(cè)存在束支傳導(dǎo)阻滯，且旁道位于心室游離壁，那么，R-R間期（TCL）將比無束支阻滯時(shí)延長35ms以上。本文病例經(jīng)希氏束區(qū)起搏，奪獲希氏束同時(shí)激動左右心室并經(jīng)左外側(cè)旁道逆?zhèn)餍姆康腣-A間期明顯短于只奪獲右心室（未能奪獲希氏束），再經(jīng)左外側(cè)旁道逆?zhèn)餍姆康腣A間期，差值達(dá)52ms，也符合該征。

2.His-synchronous PVC與His-refractory PVC同義，均指在希氏束不應(yīng)期時(shí)的室性期前搏動。
