Shih was responsible for constructing the first flower-arrangement museum in China, offering a platform to cultivate fl ower-art talents, both in theory and practice. She organised hundreds of flower technicians to help finish the largest traditional flower arrangement artwork in the world, certifi ed by the World Record Association.

主持建設(shè)中國(guó)首家以插花為主題的博物館，為培養(yǎng)花藝人才搭建了理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐的平臺(tái)。開(kāi)設(shè)插花進(jìn)校園系列課程，讓插花走進(jìn)中小學(xué)實(shí)踐課堂。組織百名花藝師完成世界最大傳統(tǒng)插花作品，獲得世界紀(jì)錄協(xié)會(huì)認(rèn)證。
