PARK STlCKNEY CONCERT

Park Stickney is one of the most active jazz harpists in the world, has performed and taught at various harp festivals, played in the Berlin Philharmonic, and worked with Crash Test Dummies and Broadway. This March, Stickney is giving a harp fusion concert in Guangzhou that combines classical, jazz and rock in improvisation. Popular numbers include the beloved Chinese song The Moon Represents My Heart.

WAR HORSE (A MANDARlN TRANSLATlON)

War Horse is a play adapted from the

book of the same name by British writer Michael Morpurgo. The play premiered at the National Theatre in London, 2007 winning all six prizes at the Tony Awards. The Chinese adaptation was introduced hand in hand by the National Theatre

Company of China and UK's National Theatre after two years of tremendous

work. The play will be stage for the fi rst time in Guangzhou.

舞臺(tái)劇《戰(zhàn)馬》改編自英國作家麥克·莫波格的同名小說，由英國國家劇院搬上舞臺(tái)，成為英國偉大的國寶級(jí)作品，包攬美國百老匯最高獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)、戲劇“奧斯卡”——托尼獎(jiǎng)的全部六項(xiàng)大獎(jiǎng)。該劇中文版由中國國家話劇院與英國國家劇院歷時(shí)兩年打造，本次是首度來到廣州。
