摘 要:實時傳輸潛標總結(jié)分析前期研究技術(shù)存在的問題,通過改進通信浮標配置技術(shù),優(yōu)化通信浮標外形設(shè)計,增加抗扭接頭,并經(jīng)過多類別試驗,驗證了改進措施有效的延長了系留通信纜使用壽命;修訂了實時傳輸潛標標準,固化了生產(chǎn)工藝和技術(shù)文件,提高硬件保障條件;自持式剖面漂流浮標總結(jié)介紹了研究基礎(chǔ)、研究思路和總體方案,并圍繞8項研究內(nèi)容的研究過程和形成的技術(shù)文件和生產(chǎn)工藝進行了詳細的介紹,針對前期研究和本次產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究過程中存在的問題進行了分析,并進行了改進和驗證,進一步完善了設(shè)備制造工藝與質(zhì)量管理體系。

Abstract:Summary analysis of the early stage of the research on real-time transmission potential problems existing in the standard technology,through improved communication buoy configuration technology,optimize the communication buoy appearance design,increase the torsional joint,and through multiple category test,verify the improved measures effectively prolong the service life of mooring communication cable;Revised the real-time transmission potential marking standard,curing the production processes and technical documents,improve the hardware security conditions;The article introduces theresearch foundation,and the research mentality and the architecture plan,and has carried on the detailed introduction on eight research contents and the formation of the technical documentation and production technology,in view of the existing research and the industrialization of research problems in the process were analyzed,and the improvement and verification to further improve the equipment,manufacturing process and quality management system.
