The 61 years old Chen Quanguo （born November 1955） is born in Pingyu， Henan Province. At the age of 18， he joined the PRC； 4 years later he demobilized army and became a worker.After the resumption of the college entrance examination， Chen was admitted to the economics department of Zhengzhou University， and became the first batch of graduated that major in political and economic in China.After graduation in 1981， he started his official career， and the starting point is the Pingyu Xin Dian community.
