建議信是就某事提出自己的建議或忠告，以便讓對方接受自己的想法、主張并解決有關(guān)問題。建議信可以寫給個人，就其遇到的某個問題提出自己的看法或觀點；也可以寫給某個組織或者機(jī)構(gòu)，就改進(jìn)其服務(wù)等提出建議或忠告。建議信要給出寫信的原因，建議的內(nèi)容，提出建議的理由，而且提出的理由要合情合理，語氣一定要得當(dāng)，既要委婉禮貌，又要有說服力。

寫建議信首先要明確寫作意圖，即簡要陳述事由，簡單介紹自己，注意語氣。建議信的特點：簡明扼要、目的明確、具有合理性和說服力。

寫建議信也要遵循信件的基本格式：

①信頭（heading），寫信人的姓名和地址要寫在右上角，收信人的姓名和地址要寫在左上角。

②稱呼（salutation），即對收信人的稱呼，一般用dear/my dear ...。

③正文（body），即信件的主要內(nèi)容。

④信尾客套語（complimentary close），寫信人在信的右（或左）下角，寫上表示自己對收信人一種禮貌客氣的謙稱，一般有sincerely yours，yours sincerely，yours truly，yours等。

⑤信尾簽名（signature），在信末寫上寫信人的姓名，如：Li Hua。

建議信有一些常用的句式，如開頭常用句式：

I am writing to express my views about ...

You have asked me for my advice concerning ...and i will try to make some useful suggestions。

表達(dá)建議的常用句式：

I would recommend that ...

In my opinion， it would be beneficial if ...

As to ... i suggest that you choose ...

You do not have to devote all your time to ...

Rencently， Im told that an architect of a new railway station is going to be constructed in our country， I hope you will not mind me writing to make some suggestions.

First of all， with common paths uneasy for disabled people to pass， adequate access for wheelchairs is needed， which can make them feel as important as other people.

Secondly， I wonder if there would be a space at the end of each row for people in wheelchairs to sit next to their friends in waiting rooms.

Last but not the least， as disabled people face the trouble in moving， it would be handy to arrange for some staffs near the entrance to help them get to the waiting places easily.

2. 習(xí)作一、二都要明確地給建筑師提出了不同的建議，讓其在進(jìn)行建筑設(shè)計時多從殘疾人的角度出發(fā)，為他們提供更多的方便。

習(xí)作一給出了三個建議，其中... dequate access for wheelchairs is needed ...這個表達(dá)中的access用在了點上，但是... a space at the end of each row for people in wheelchairs to sit next to their friends in waiting rooms.這句話的句意沒有講清楚，建議改為 ... a space for wheelchairs in waiting rooms。

此外，習(xí)作二的前兩段占據(jù)的篇幅過多，使建議的部分顯得比較單薄，可將一二段壓縮成一段，并對建議部分加以豐富。

Im Li hua. I learnt from the news report that you are appointed as the chief architect for our city railway station. Would you mind my writing to ask if need of disabled people has been considered. I wonder if you would discuss the issue with me in sequence of getting on a train. Here is the advice.

It would be convenient that the entrance and the exit of the station are designed near the parking lot， which can be reserved and benefit those with walking disability. Besides， it would help to adapt some stairs to wheelchairs while fixing adjustable seats in the huge waiting hall. Since disabled people tend to call for more care， more specially-built toilets as well as more evident signs are required. Eventually when disabled people are going aboard， would you broadened the passage appropriately in case of the crowds rushing？
