I am the Olympic Games mascot， a mixture of all the Brazilian animals. I was born out of the explosion of joy that happened when they announced that Rio would host the Olympic Games， on October 2， 2009. 我是奧運會吉祥物，融合了巴西所有動物的特征。2009年10月2日，當他們宣布里約將主辦奧運會時，人們頓時歡呼雀躍起來，我就由此誕生了。

I was born on October 2， 2009， but my age is not counted like yours， so nobody knows exactly what it is. But I live my life playing， jumping， running and smiling， just like all the kids. 我誕生于2009年10月2日，但是我的年齡計算方法和你們的不一樣，所以沒有人知道我的準確年齡。不過我就像所有小孩兒一樣，每天的生活除了玩耍、跳躍、奔跑就是微笑。

I can stretch and stretch and stretch myself， as much as I want. And since Im a mixture of Brazilian animals， I can do all the best things they can do： I can run faster， jump higher and be stronger. I can also imitate the voice of any animal—Im super-communicative！ 我能把自己拉伸、拉伸、再拉伸，想伸多長就伸多長。因為我融合了巴西所有動物的特征，所以我能做所有他們最擅長的事情：我可以跑得更快，跳得更高，而且更為強壯。我還能模仿任何一種動物的聲音——各種動物的語言我都會說哦！

I play all Olympic sports. And I always hang out around the city！ My favorite pastime3） is making new friends. Thats why Im always connected. I love meeting people from all over the world. My best friend of all is the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games mascot. 我會奧運會所有的運動項目。我還常常在里約城里閑逛！我最喜歡的消遣就是結(jié)交新朋友，這也是為什么我的身邊總是朋友不斷。我喜歡結(jié)識來自世界各地的人們。在所有朋友中，我和2016里約殘奧會吉祥物最要好。

I live in a tree-house， in the Tijuca Forest， which has become a meeting place for the gang. From my home， we can see the whole city and plan animal adventures. 我住在蒂茹卡國家森林公園的一個樹屋里，這里已經(jīng)成為小伙伴們聚會的地方。從我家我們不僅可以觀賞整個城市，還能策劃各種動物冒險活動。

To spread joy throughout the world and celebrate the friendship that flourishes8） between people from all over the world at this super sports event. 將快樂傳遍全世界，為來自世界各地的人們在這場體育盛事中綻放的友誼喝彩。

I am the Paralympic Games mascot， a magical creature， a fusion1） of all the plants in the Brazilian forests. I was born out of the explosion of happiness when we found out that the Paralympic2） Games were coming to Rio， on October 2， 2009. 我是殘奧會吉祥物，一個集巴西熱帶雨林里所有植物特征于一身的神奇生物。2009年10月2日，當?shù)弥獨垔W會將會在里約舉辦時，人們頓時狂歡起來，我就在這片歡樂中誕生了。

I was born on October 2， 2009， but my age is not counted like yours， so theres no way of knowing it exactly. All I know is that theres nothing better than playing， making friends and relaxing in the forest. 我誕生于2009年10月2日，但是我的年齡計算方法和你們的不一樣，所以我的準確年齡就無從得知了。我只知道，沒有比玩耍、交朋友和在森林里放松身心更美好的事情了。

I use my head. I really do！ To get myself out of any jam， I can pull anything out of my head of leaves. After all， I know all the secrets of nature and I understand that with creativity， intelligence and determination， we can achieve whatever we want. 我會用腦子。我真的會！為了讓自己擺脫各種困境，我能從我那樹葉做的腦袋里拽出任何東西。畢竟，我知道大自然所有的秘密，我明白，只要有創(chuàng)造力、智慧和決心，我們就能獲得我們想要的一切。

I play all Paralympic sports. And I make the most of living in Rio by playing a lot and adventuring outdoors！ When Im not running around， I like to open a book and learn about the world. I also love samba4） and all kinds of Brazilian music. I enjoy making friends and sharing what I know. My best friend is the Rio 2016 Olympic Games mascot. 我會殘奧會所有的運動項目。我會盡情玩耍，去戶外冒險，過好在里約的每一天！當我沒有在四處奔忙時，我喜歡翻開一本書，去了解這個世界。我還喜歡桑巴舞和各色各樣的巴西音樂。我喜歡交朋友，喜歡分享我所知道的一切。2016里約奧運會吉祥物是我最好的朋友。

Around and about， mixed in with nature. I take naps on a water lily in the middle of a refreshing5） lake. This way， I can make the most of photosynthesis6）—sun bathing for me is like a banquet7）. 我四處為家，與大自然融為一體。我會在一片清涼的湖中心的一株睡蓮上小憩。這樣，我就能充分進行光合作用——日光浴對我而言就像一場盛宴。
