Today Is NOT a Good Day To Die

During the Battle of Little Big Horn in 1876, "crazy horse", the leader of the Sioux Tribe①tribe 英 [tra?b] 美 [tra?b] n. 部落；族；宗族；一伙of Indians once said: "Hóka-héy, today is a good day to die!"

In today's world, I can’t imagine in which occasion②occasion 英 [?'ke??(?)n] 美 [?'ke?n] n. 時(shí)機(jī)，機(jī)會(huì)；場(chǎng)合；理由vt. 引起，惹起people deserve③deserve 英 [d?'z??v] 美 [d?'z?v] vi. 應(yīng)受，應(yīng)得vt. 應(yīng)受，應(yīng)得to say this sentence. Don’t listen to Malcolm X's speech recording, nerd④nerd n. 呆子；書呆子；討厭的人, youdo not deserve. You already own the whole era and you couldn't be more insatiable⑤insatiable 英 [?n'se???b(?)l] 美 [?n'se??bl] adj. 貪得無厭的；不知足的. You know why entertainments⑦entertainment 英 [ent?'te?nm(?)nt]美 ['?nt?'tenm?nt] n. 娛樂；消遣；款待in this era are so rich? Because you don't deserve to die. So live it up⑧l(xiāng)ive it up 狂歡一場(chǎng)；過著逍遙的日子, just have fun until you're 80 years old. You do not deserve to die young.

You always talk about Brian Jones, Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Joplin, Cobain, who died at the age of 27, and lots of genius died at the age of 27. But what did you achieve before the age of 27? What is the difference to you between dying at 27 and dying at birth?You don't deserve to die young.

Today is NOT a Good Day to Die.

Tomorrow won't be, either.

在1876年的小巨角之戰(zhàn)中，印第安人的蘇族領(lǐng)袖“瘋馬”曾經(jīng)說過一句“Hóka-héy, today is a good day to die!”（今天不是個(gè)死掉的好日子）。

而在當(dāng)今的世界上，我已經(jīng)想象不出任何的場(chǎng)合是配說出這句話的。

不要聽Malcolm X的演講錄音了宅男，你不配。你們已經(jīng)擁有了整個(gè)時(shí)代，還要多貪得無厭才夠？你坐在電腦前，能下載到各種豐富的資源。知道為什么這個(gè)時(shí)代的娛樂這么豐富嗎？因?yàn)槟銈儾慌淙ニ?。所以就賴活著吧，一路玩?0歲。你們不配過早地死去。

你們總是談?wù)摬既R恩·瓊斯、莫里森、吉米·亨德里克斯、喬普林、柯本，在27歲死了，天才都在27歲死了。請(qǐng)問你27歲前取得了什么成就？你在27歲死和你在出生時(shí)就夭折，又有什么區(qū)別？你們不配過早地死去。

今天不是個(gè)死掉的好日子。
