絲路基金

2014年11月8日，中國國家主席習(xí)近平宣布，中國將出資400億美元成立絲路基金。絲路基金將為“一帶一路”沿線國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、資源開發(fā)、產(chǎn)業(yè)合作等有關(guān)項(xiàng)目提供投融資支持。它同其他全球和區(qū)域多邊開發(fā)銀行的關(guān)系是相互補(bǔ)充而不是相互替代的，將在現(xiàn)行國際經(jīng)濟(jì)金融秩序下運(yùn)行。絲路基金絕非簡單的經(jīng)濟(jì)援助，而是通過互聯(lián)互通為大家的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造新的重大發(fā)展機(jī)遇。絲路基金是開放的，歡迎亞洲域內(nèi)外的投資者積極參與。它的成立，將會助推“一帶一路”建設(shè)和亞洲地區(qū)互聯(lián)互通。

SILK ROAD FUND

On November 8, 2014, President Xi Jinping announced that China would invest US$40 billion to set up the Silk Road Fund. The Fund will support the development of infrastructure and resources, industrial cooperation and other projects in the countries along the land and sea Silk Roads. It will serve as a complement to, rather than a substitute for, other global and regional multilateral development banks, and will operate under the existing international economic and financial order. Instead of simply dispensing economic aid, the fund will create major development opportunities for all through increased connectivity. It is open and welcomes the active participation of investors from Asia and beyond. Its establishment will spur the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative and promote regional connectivity.

絲綢之路精神

歷史上的商業(yè)通道——絲綢之路，作為人文社會的交往平臺，多民族、多種族、多宗教、多文化在此交匯融合。千百年來，絲綢之路承載的和平合作、開放包容、互學(xué)互鑒、互利共贏精神薪火相傳。中國與絲綢之路沿線國家在維護(hù)民族尊嚴(yán)、捍衛(wèi)國家主權(quán)的斗爭中相互支持，在探索發(fā)展道路、實(shí)現(xiàn)民族振興的道路上相互幫助，在深化人文交流、繁榮民族文化的事業(yè)中相互借鑒。習(xí)近平主席提議，新時期弘揚(yáng)絲綢之路精神，就是要促進(jìn)文明互鑒、尊重道路選擇、堅持合作共贏、倡導(dǎo)對話和平。

THE SPIRIT OF THE SILK ROAD

The historical trade route known as the Silk Road was also a platform for people-to-people and cultural exchanges, where people from various ethnic, racial, religious and cultural backgrounds met and assimilation occurred. Embodying peace, cooperation, openness, inclusiveness, eagerness to learn from each other and mutual benefit, the spirit of the Silk Road has been passed down through generations for thousands of years. China and other countries along the Silk Road have all along supported and helped each other in their efforts to defend national dignity and sovereignty, explore approaches to development and bring about national renewal. By learning from each other, they have benefited from expanded people-topeople and cultural exchanges and national cultural revitalization drives. President Xi Jinping proposed a new initiative to promote the Silk Road spirit in the new era to boost interaction and exchanges between civilizations. The initiative calls for respect for the chosen approaches to development of individual countries, and promotion of peace through mutually beneficial cooperation and dialogue.
