Four Seasons in a Year

There are four seasons in a year. They are spring, summer, autumn and winter.

Spring is a beautiful and colourful season in the year. It is warm. Leaves and grass become green. Animals come to play. Birds sing happily in the trees. We like going to play outdoors in spring.

Summer is a very hot season in the year. We can go swimming in the swimming pool. That's very interesting. We can also eat ice cream. It's very delicious.

Autumn is a golden season. People in America call it “fall''. Leaves and grass all turn yellow. And some of us like to fy kites in this season because it's always windy.

Winter is usually cold. It is usually windy and cloudy. There are some places in China where it snows. When it snows, we can throw snowballs and make snowmen with our friends. That's so much fun.

Every season is beautiful. I like them all!

My Bedroom

Welcome to my house! This is my bedroom. I study and sleep here.

The wall in my room is blue. There is a picture of my family on the wall. There is a desk against the wall by the window. It's pink. There is a lamp（臺燈）and a book on the desk. The chair is under the desk. There are some beautiful fowers on the window. They're red. There is a bookshelf on the left of the desk. There are many books. I like doing some reading after doing my homework. There are three trophy cups（獎杯）from dancing competitions（比賽）on the top of the bookshelf. I like dancing very much. The bed is on the right, next to the desk. It's purple, green and yellow.

Do you like my bedroom? I like it very much.

I Have a Cat

Hello, my name is Wen Zhiying. I have a cat. It's very cute.

My cat's name is Mimi. She's hairy（多毛的）. Her hair is brown and white. She has a round face. The two eyes are brown and very sharp（敏銳的）. She has two pointy（尖的）ears, too. They look like triangles（三角形）. Her nose and mouth are small. There are some long whiskers（胡須）beside the mouth. The whiskers help her catch the mice. Her nose has a keen（敏捷的）sense of smell. Mimi has a long tail, and it shakes a lot. She has four claws（爪子）. They're very sharp. Mimi likes cleaning her body with her tongue. She likes sleeping in the daytime and working at night. Mimi is good at climbing up and down. Sometimes she is at the top of the house, and sometimes she is on a tree. Mimi likes sleeping with me.

I love my cat, and my cat loves me too.
