一、文體概述

求職信或申請(qǐng)信是寫(xiě)信人就某一職位向收信人提出請(qǐng)求的信件。語(yǔ)言屬于正式用語(yǔ)，用詞需要簡(jiǎn)潔準(zhǔn)確，語(yǔ)氣禮貌自信。信件內(nèi)容一般包括三個(gè)方面：（1）提出申請(qǐng)（闡述得知招聘信息的來(lái)源和自己申請(qǐng)的職位）；（2）申請(qǐng)理由（個(gè)人信息和能力）；（3）表示感謝（請(qǐng)求給予面試機(jī)會(huì)并表示感謝）。

二、必備短語(yǔ)

1. apply for a chance to work as ... 申請(qǐng)（做……）的機(jī)會(huì)

2. like， be fond of， be keen on， be crazy about， have a preference for喜歡、熱愛(ài)

3. take / show interest in， be interested in感興趣

4. be equal to， be competent / qualified / fit / suitable for勝任

5. master， have a good command of， be equipped with the skills of 掌握（技能、技術(shù)等）

6. be good at doing sth.， be able to do sth.， have the ability to do sth.， be capable of doing sth擅長(zhǎng)于、有能力做某事

7. have some basic knowledge of， have a wide range of knowledge of了解

8. have / show a talent for， be gifted in在……有天賦

9. sign up for， enter for， participate in， take part in報(bào)名、參加

10. meet ones requirements滿足某人的要求

三、套用句式

1. I am writing to apply for a chance to work as a volunteer. 我寫(xiě)信給你的目的是為了應(yīng)聘做志愿者。

2. I sincerely hope that my application will be taken into consideration. 我衷心希望我的申請(qǐng)會(huì)被納入考慮范圍。

3. I would be more than grateful if my application could be favorably considered. 如果我的申請(qǐng)會(huì)被優(yōu)先考慮，我將不甚感激。

4. I will appreciate it if I am chosen， and I am convinced that I can perfectly live up to your expectations. 若能被選上，我將不甚感激。我也相信我絕不會(huì)辜負(fù)你們的期望的。

1. for→as 申請(qǐng)成為一名學(xué)生志愿者，屬于固定搭配。

2. could→can 申請(qǐng)信通常用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)。

3. classmate→classmates 與我所有的同學(xué)相處得好，classmate應(yīng)該用復(fù)數(shù)。

4. so→such 修飾名詞command應(yīng)該用such。
