有這樣一群人，職業(yè)就是護(hù)理老年、殘障、失能人群，做著最平凡的工作，卻傳遞著大愛，有著大夢想。他們就是養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員，每天不厭其煩為人們的品質(zhì)老年生活奉獻(xiàn)自己的能量，為美麗夕陽增輝添彩。

全國首創(chuàng) 護(hù)理員有了自己的節(jié)日

2017年5月29日，杭州綠康醫(yī)養(yǎng)集團(tuán)第七屆護(hù)理員節(jié)大型慶典活動(dòng)在其旗下的陽光家園舉行。在這個(gè)節(jié)日里，他們唱《綠康之歌》，表演護(hù)理實(shí)操，接受“十佳優(yōu)秀護(hù)理員”嘉獎(jiǎng)，一張張笑靨綻放在夕陽的燦爛里。

2008年10月31日，時(shí)任中共中央政治局常委、國家副主席習(xí)近平親臨杭州綠康老年康復(fù)醫(yī)院視察，指出“綠康這種康復(fù)式養(yǎng)老模式是今后機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老發(fā)展的一個(gè)方向，‘老有所養(yǎng)、老有所醫(yī)都能在綠康得到體現(xiàn)……”

2011年，綠康醫(yī)養(yǎng)集團(tuán)在國內(nèi)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)率先創(chuàng)辦了護(hù)理員節(jié)。談到設(shè)立這一節(jié)日的初衷，集團(tuán)董事長卓永岳表示：倡議“關(guān)愛老年人，從尊重護(hù)理員開始”，向社會(huì)各界宣傳護(hù)理員工作是一項(xiàng)提升他人生命價(jià)值、高尚而有意義的工作，是一項(xiàng)社會(huì)迫切需要的新興職業(yè)，人們應(yīng)當(dāng)摒棄職業(yè)貴賤之分的陳腐觀念，要認(rèn)識(shí)到護(hù)理服務(wù)是一項(xiàng)集知識(shí)與技能為一體的技術(shù)性工作，要推廣“尊重護(hù)理員、理解護(hù)理員、愛護(hù)護(hù)理員、關(guān)心護(hù)理員”的社會(huì)新風(fēng)尚，要讓全社會(huì)對(duì)護(hù)理員工作形成公正的認(rèn)識(shí)。此后，綠康醫(yī)養(yǎng)集團(tuán)每年都在5月29日舉辦護(hù)理員節(jié)。

今年5月，浙江省副省長熊建平在省政府參事室參事、本刊副社長何一楓執(zhí)筆撰寫的《關(guān)于浙江省擬率先設(shè)立“養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員節(jié)”的建議》上專門批示，要求設(shè)立“十大護(hù)理員”品牌來提升護(hù)理員素質(zhì)，呼吁全社會(huì)尊重護(hù)理員，提高護(hù)理員地位，推廣“護(hù)理員節(jié)”。如今，護(hù)理員群體已經(jīng)越來越受到政府、社會(huì)的關(guān)注和重視。

中國社會(huì)福利與養(yǎng)老服務(wù)協(xié)會(huì)常務(wù)副會(huì)長張明亮說，護(hù)理員的工作平凡又高尚，之所以說他們平凡，是因?yàn)樗麄兌际瞧掌胀ㄍǖ膭趧?dòng)者，也沒有豐厚的收入，而之所以說他們高尚，是因?yàn)樗麄內(nèi)諒?fù)一日不辭辛勞，為老人們付出了汗水與愛心。全社會(huì)都應(yīng)該尊重護(hù)理員，提高養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員的地位和待遇。據(jù)悉，杭州已經(jīng)出臺(tái)政策，只要在養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)做滿了3年至5年的大中專畢業(yè)生，政府將給予2萬至8萬元不等激勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)金，以此來吸引更多年輕的、高學(xué)歷人才加入到護(hù)理員隊(duì)伍當(dāng)中。

人間大愛 他們是我的父母和孩子

護(hù)理員楊群6年前從安徽老家來到綠康康復(fù)醫(yī)院?？吹教稍诖采铣院壤龆夹枰疹櫟氖芾先?，楊群心里還有一絲絲發(fā)憷，不知道該從哪里下手。參加護(hù)理員培訓(xùn)、經(jīng)過老護(hù)理員指導(dǎo)后，楊群很快上手了。

楊群所在的舒緩療護(hù)病房集中了幾十位80歲以上的老人，百歲老人也有好幾位。楊群脾氣溫和、考慮周到、做事細(xì)致，老人們很快喜歡上她，生活中的大小事都愛找她“告狀”。楊群也很快在工作中找到了樂趣，她會(huì)把老人們的“童言童語”記錄下來，與老人和家屬共享快樂。對(duì)于護(hù)理老人，楊群總結(jié)出一套自己與老人溝通的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。俗話說“老小孩”，老人也希望被肯定、被欣賞、被贊美。對(duì)待小孩的方式套用在老人身上，有時(shí)真的很適用。比如有一位老人總覺得自己還很年輕，聽到有人叫她“奶奶”“阿姨”就很不開心，要是叫她“姐姐”“美女”就開心得合不攏嘴。楊群細(xì)心揣摩每一位老人的特點(diǎn)，與老人們建立了深厚的感情，朝夕相處，老人們就像自己的親人一樣。

在舒緩療護(hù)病房，楊群見到太多生離死別，感受到生命逝去的悲傷。老人離去時(shí)，楊群會(huì)最后一次為老人清潔身體，換上干凈衣服，梳理頭發(fā)，一邊流淚一邊完成這些工作。楊群說：“正因?yàn)槿绱苏媲械乜吹缴离x別，我更珍惜自己的生命了。”

從2013年起，楊群多次獲得綠康集團(tuán)護(hù)理員操作比賽獎(jiǎng)，去年獲“最美護(hù)理員”獎(jiǎng)，這些榮譽(yù)包含了對(duì)她做護(hù)理員工作的尊重與肯定。楊群說：“每一年護(hù)理節(jié)，我都很開心，社會(huì)肯定我，老人需要我。這真是一份充滿愛的職業(yè)，每一個(gè)人都會(huì)老，老了總需要有人來照顧。今天我照顧老人們，以后也會(huì)有人來照顧我?！?/p>

有愛有夢 我看到養(yǎng)老行業(yè)的未來

即將30歲的張成龍已經(jīng)在護(hù)理員崗位工作了4年，很有經(jīng)驗(yàn)。中午11點(diǎn)是吃飯時(shí)間，張成龍去食堂端來飯菜，挨個(gè)給臥床不起的幾位老人喂飯。

“洗臉、漱口，打掃房間，喂藥喂飯，按摩，洗澡……凡是老人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钏璧氖虑槲叶家獏f(xié)助他們完成?！遍L期臥床的老人容易發(fā)生便秘情況，“只要觀察到老人有幾天沒排大便，我們就要想辦法幫他按摩腹部，甚至幫他用手摳出來……”這個(gè)80后小伙笑起來有些靦腆。在介入護(hù)理病房，張成龍主要負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助康復(fù)治療師為老人做康復(fù)訓(xùn)練——這個(gè)崗位需要更多專業(yè)知識(shí)，高中畢業(yè)的他利用業(yè)余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)心理學(xué)、護(hù)理學(xué)，并參加高級(jí)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員資格考試、社工資格考試。

張成龍?zhí)寡?，從業(yè)之初，自己也受到了外界的壓力。親朋好友都說：“年紀(jì)輕輕，做什么不好，給人去端屎端尿，又臟又累不說，還不體面?！比ツ?，因?yàn)閺埑升埞ぷ髋?、業(yè)績突出，他被醫(yī)院任命為老年慢病綜合康復(fù)區(qū)護(hù)理員組長。他說：“四年時(shí)間，我收獲了無比珍貴的親情，也收獲了人間的大愛，更收獲了職業(yè)的尊嚴(yán)與榮光。”

對(duì)未來，張成龍充滿了憧憬：“中國正在步入老齡化社會(huì)，養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)前景可觀，綠康醫(yī)養(yǎng)集團(tuán)給了我們年輕人一個(gè)廣闊的平臺(tái)，從最基礎(chǔ)的護(hù)理員做起，我的夢想是將來做養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)！”

每年，在綠康醫(yī)養(yǎng)集團(tuán)的護(hù)理員節(jié)典禮上，身兼中國社會(huì)福利與養(yǎng)老服務(wù)協(xié)會(huì)老年醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)分會(huì)會(huì)長的卓永岳董事長希望通過“5·29，我愛久”來呼吁全社會(huì)形成敬老愛老的氛圍，對(duì)護(hù)理員這個(gè)職業(yè)有真正意義的認(rèn)同、給予足夠的尊重，提高養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員的社會(huì)地位。

Lvkang Group Honors Caregivers

Zhejiang Lvkang Medical Care and Senior Services group， headquartered in Hangzhou， honors its caregivers by marking a special day every year since 2011. May 29， 2017 witnessed the seventh observation of the day in the history of the group. This year， a ceremony was held as usual. The group honored ten best caregivers. Caregivers sang songs and demonstrated their skills at the ceremony.

Zhejiang leads the country in providing senior citizens with medical care and services. On October 31， 2008， Xi Jinping， then Vice President of the People Republic of China and member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China， visited Lvkang Rehabilitation Hospital located in Linping District， Hangzhou. Xi confirmed the Lvkangs operation mode. In 2011， the group marked its first caregivers festival. Behind the annual occasion is the idea that the best care for the senior starts with the respect to caregivers.

He Yifeng， a counselor to the provincial government， proposed to set up a provincial day in honor of caregivers who provide care to seniors. In May this year， Vice Provincial Governor Xiong Jianping wrote an instruction on Hes proposal that the society should respect caregivers. The Hangzhou City Government has launched a policy to attract college graduates to the service sector that takes care of seniors.

Yang Qun began working as a caregiver in Lvkang six years ago. Back then， she knew nothing about special needs and wants of seniors and she was just a “redneck” from a remote rural area of neighboring Anhui Province. Seeing so many seniors who helplessly needed immediate care， she was utterly at a loss at first. After taking several training courses and working under the guidance of experienced colleagues， she soon began to work independently. In the ward under her watch， there are dozens of seniors. Most are in their 80s and some are over 100. They took to her pretty soon： she is a considerate， patient， and meticulous woman. She is diligent. She smiles a lot. She is now more than a caregiver. She is a peacemaker and troubleshooter. Whenever the seniors are in trouble， they come to her for help. They have special needs and they have complaints. She finds fun in her work. She jots down their funny random comments and makes them into quotable quotes and shares with their family members and relatives and with other patients at the ward. The patients at the ward consider her as a family member. In 2016， Yang Qun was named as one of the best caregivers of Hangzhou. In 2017， she has been honored as one of the top ten caregivers of Lvkang Group.

Zhang Chenglong， soon to be 30， has been working as a caregiver at Lvkang for four years. Unlike Yang Qun， he takes care of a number of seniors who are bedridden. He helps them eat， wash and take bath. He assists them with their daily needs. At the ward， he also works as an assistant to doctors who help seniors receive rehabilitation training. As a high school graduate， he dedicates a lot of time to taking professional training courses to further his career as a caregiver. He is upbeat about his career. “China is having more and more old-aged people and Lvkang Group give us young people a good platform for career growth. Though a caregiver now， I dream of starting my own business in this sector in the future，” enthused Zhang Chenglong in an interview with the writer.
