Ren Jialun became well-known for his role in the TV drama The Glory of Tang Dynasty.

Ren looks gentle（溫和的）. But he is manly inside. “If you are a man， you should be a real man.”he said.

Ren was a table tennis player. He practiced hard but got hurt when he was 15. He had to give it up. After that， he went to South Korea by himself and learned to dance. For three months， he did nothing except dance， eat and sleep. However， his band broke up in 2014. He came back to China and tried acting.

Ren never complains about these ups and downs（起起落落）. Unlike others， he enjoys pressure（壓力）. He doesnt let himself get too relaxed. “When you are young， you should work hard.”he said.
