夏天到了！夏天是璇璣姐姐最喜歡的季節(jié)—之一。因?yàn)橄奶炜梢源┢寥棺印⒖梢杂斡?，而且，夏天可以吃冰淇淋?984年，美國總統(tǒng)里根將每年七月的第三個(gè)周日定為美國的全國冰淇淋日（National Ice Cream Day），而愛吃會玩的美國人民更是將這一節(jié)慶延長到一整個(gè)七月（National Ice Cream Month）。不過，冰淇淋雖然好吃，但不可多吃，也不要吃得太快，否則會得“冰淇淋頭痛”哦。同學(xué)們知道冰淇淋頭痛是怎么一回事嗎？認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)這期的主題文章就知道啦。

take place 舉辦，發(fā)生

take是一個(gè)動(dòng)詞，使用頻率非常高，它可以表示多個(gè)意思：拿；做；乘坐；需要（時(shí)間、金錢、努力等）等。

例如：It’s raining outside. Take my umbrella. 外面下雨了，拿上我的雨傘吧。

The girl takes a bath every day. 這個(gè)女孩每天都洗澡。

土耳其冰淇淋

土耳其冰淇淋（dondurma）堪稱世界上最硬、最堅(jiān)韌、最有嚼勁的冰淇淋，也是唯一能用刀叉吃的雪糕。土耳其冰淇淋的售賣方式充滿趣味性，客人通常都會被售賣者逗弄好幾次才能拿到雪糕，就像周杰倫的《土耳其冰淇淋》這首歌里面的歌詞：“就像賣個(gè)冰，也能秀雜技?！蓖炼浔苛艿氖圪u方式為客人和孩子們提供了豐富的娛樂效果和開心的購買體驗(yàn)，因此，土耳其冰淇淋不僅是一道可口的美食，更是一頓超乎尋常的視覺大餐，很受年輕人的喜愛。

冰淇淋的分類

按形態(tài)性質(zhì)分：冰淇淋分為軟質(zhì)和硬質(zhì)。軟質(zhì)的冰淇淋是指我們常見的甜筒或者圣代；硬質(zhì)的則是那種紙碗裝的冰淇淋、冰棒、雪糕、冰淇淋球等。

按品種分主要有三種：（1）美式冰淇淋（ice cream），主要特征：甜度較高，奶味濃郁，脂肪含量不低于10%。（2）“杰拉朵”（gelato），主要特征：甜度低，口感細(xì)膩潤滑，脂肪含量為4%。（3）果汁冰糕（sorbet），主要特征：甜度低，突出的是水果的原味與芳香，口感清爽，無脂肪。
