The building in Kanagawa is the showroom and branch office of a company that provide propane gas and renovation construction services based on supplying essential utilities. Aiming to create an architecture that transcends the concept of commercial building, architects employ several strategies to connect the office with the surrounding neighbourhood. The company offers exhibition hall and equipment to localresidents for activities, opening up more possibilities for the use of private spaces. The high ceiling reduces heatload in the summer and creates a circulation of warm air in the winter, adapting to the change of four seasons.
