Snow Lotus performed first show to highlight cultural self-confidence of domestic brands

On the evening of September 22nd, at the opening ceremony of 2017 Beijing Fashion Week, “Snow Lotus”, the domestic first cashmere clothing brand, hold “Snow-Lotus 18/19 A/W Cashmere Knitting Trends” at Ancestral Temple of People's Cultural Palace, which was the first show of the fashion week.

More than 500 people attended the opening ceremony and fashion trends press conference, including Yan Zhongqiu, vice chairman of Beijing CPPCC, Cao Xuejun, deputy director of MIIT Consumer Goods Division,Yang Jichao, vice president of China National Textile and Apparel Council, Zeng Fanxin, secretary of the Leading Party Members’Group and vice president of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions, Wu li, director of Beijing Fashion Week Committee, president of Beijing Apparel Textile Association, and secretary of the party committee and president of Beijing Fashion Holdings Co., Ltd., Li Xuebin, deputy secretary of CPC and general manager of Beijing Fashion Holdings Co.,Ltd., and Kong Lei, deputy director of Beijing Economic and Information Commission, as well as other representatives.

The cashmere fashion visual experience, together with the collection of brand fashion feast and opening fashion ceremony, opened the curtain of 2017 Beijing Fashion Week. With the blend of colorful lights and magnificent ancient architectures, Li Yangwei, famous hostess of Beijing Television, wearing two sets of highlevel dress custom of Snow-Lotus, presided over the activities, with Wang Feng, famous host of PhoenixTV.

With the theme of “Journey”, Snow-Lotus 2018/2019 A/W Cashmere Knitting Trends was divided into four series, and the 75 sets of fine cashmere custom symbolized that life was a journey. It is reported that the trend was the fourth quarter of Snow-Lotus Cashmere Knitting Trends, which was jointly issued by Snow-Lotus brand and “BICT-Snow Lotus Knitting Creative R&D Center”, with Guo Ruiping, one of the top ten fashion designers,professor of BICT and director of the center, as chief designer. Based on the achievements and extensive promotion of the previous three quarters, the R&D ability and influence of Snow-Lotus Cashmere Knitting Trend is growing increasingly, to highlight the position of creator and leader of China’s cashmere knitting trends, with the deep integration of innovative marketing methods.

Meng Ze, chairman of Beijing Snow-Lotus Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Snow-Lotus Cashmere Co.,Ltd., indicated: “The cashmere knitting trends release is jointly developed by Snow-Lotus and BICT,which has made significant improvement in scale and influence. The designer Guo Ruiping of Snow-Lotus 2018/2019 A/W Cashmere Knitting Trends, put forward: “At present, travel has been an important part in people’s life to release soul, seek high-quality life, and explore the unknown world. The theme of this work highlights the whole process, from the unknown, difficulties, happiness, to the enlightenment after finishing the whole journey.” It agrees with the brand slogan in spiritual level and also expands product styles under the brand positioning.
