1.Awhile表示伴隨狀態(tài),牧羊人觀察羊群吃草時也會偶爾打個盹兒,同時根據(jù)第二段第四句“He kept a strict watch over its movement.”
3.A根據(jù)下文“He kept a strict watch over its movement.” 癶ave a fight with...”(與……
6.C根據(jù)第一段第一句“Early every morning…took his sheep out into the fields.”
“l(fā)ook after”意為“照顧”;“wait for”意為“等候”;“think of”意為“想起”;“worry about”意為“擔(dān)憂”,因此D項為正確答案。
8.B固定搭配“l(fā)ook upon...as”(看作……)。根據(jù)上文“Leaving the
sheep in front of the wolf, he left.”
9.C根據(jù)下一句“The dead sheep were everywhere.”
10.A通讀全文,結(jié)合下文“I put my trust in a wolf!”
After the sheep were full, he would round them up and walk back home.
