圓滿完成各項(xiàng)議程后，市五屆人大一次會(huì)議和市政協(xié)五屆一次會(huì)議分別于2018年1月31日和29日閉幕。市五屆人大一次會(huì)議共收到代表10人以上聯(lián)名提出的議案原案22件，以代表團(tuán)名義提出的議案原案2件，共計(jì)23件（其中代表撤回1件），高度關(guān)注全面深化改革、保障和改善民生、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)環(huán)境保護(hù)、創(chuàng)新社會(huì)治理等關(guān)乎重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和群眾切身利益的重大問題。市政協(xié)五屆一次會(huì)議期間，共收到大會(huì)提案1294件，內(nèi)容涉及創(chuàng)新、扶貧與鄉(xiāng)村振興、民營企業(yè)發(fā)展、人才建設(shè)、民生實(shí)事等。

After the successful completion of the various agendas, the First Session of the Fifth Chongqing Municipal Committee of NPC and the Five Sessions of the Municipal Committee of CPPCC were closed on January 31 and 29, 2018 respectively. A total of 22 original motions jointly presented by more than 10 deputies, and two original motions proposed in the name of the delegation were submitted to the First Session of the Fifth Chongqing Municipal Committee of NPC, amounting to a total of 23 motions (of which 1 was withdrawn). All the motions stress on deepening the reform in an all-round way,improving people's livelihood, promoting economic development, strengthening environmental protection, and innovating social governance,which are major issues concerning the economic and social development in Chongqing and the vital interests of the masses. During the Five Sessions of the Municipal Committee of CPPCC, a total of 1294 proposals were made, covering innovation,poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, privateowned enterprises development, talents building and people’s livelihood.

他們中有超過半數(shù)以上都是首次參會(huì)的新面孔，其中不乏各行各業(yè)近幾年涌現(xiàn)的新代表人物和年輕的優(yōu)秀人才。

Over half of them are new faces for the conference, including many new deputies and young talents emerged in all walks of life in recent years.

在每一個(gè)會(huì)議場合，我們都能感受到眾智所匯、人心所聚、履職盡責(zé)的熱忱與投入。在任何一個(gè)采訪點(diǎn)，我們都能看見專注的表情，或鎖眉凝思，或奮筆疾書，或慷慨陳詞。就連會(huì)場外，也不乏代表委員相互間就某些問題進(jìn)行深入探討。

We can feel the wisdom, coherence, enthusiasm, and dedication at all the conferences. At all interview locations, we can see absorbed looks: people reflecting, jotting, or making enthusiastic remarks. Even outside the venue, there are in-depth discussions on certain issues among deputies and committee members.

不管哪種表情，我們能從中讀到代表委員們對(duì)時(shí)代發(fā)展、重慶進(jìn)步的自信，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、民生大小事的關(guān)切，對(duì)問題的分析以及對(duì)未來的思考。

鏡頭捕捉到的代表委員們的各種瞬間，不管神情泰然、熱情、激動(dòng)，甚或有點(diǎn)夸張，都有一個(gè)共同的指向：當(dāng)好代表，當(dāng)好委員，履好職，盡好責(zé)。鏡頭是感性的，有著特定的瞬間屬性，但鏡頭定格的，終將成為代表委員們履職盡責(zé)的永恒畫面。

From the expression of deputies, we can see their confidence toward the development of the times, the progress of Chongqing, concerns toward economic and social development, people’s livelihood, analysis of the problems and thinking about the future.

Various moments of the deputies and committee members were captured by the camera. Some facial expressions are enthusiastic,excited, or even a little exaggerated, however, they elaborated a common thing: they want to be a good deputy and committee member, as well as to fully honor their duties. What the camera captured are emotional and instant, but they will eventually become the eternal representation of the dedication of deputies and committee members.

就像這樣的場景：市政協(xié)五屆一次會(huì)議第二聯(lián)組討論現(xiàn)場，10多位委員“爭搶”話筒，踴躍發(fā)言后已臨近中午，會(huì)議主持人宣布發(fā)言即將結(jié)束時(shí)，坐在后排的高光勇委員急忙站了起來，高高地舉起右手，伸出一根手指，希望能給他一次發(fā)言機(jī)會(huì)，“就一分鐘”……

There are scenes like this: at the second joint meeting of the Five Sessions of the Municipal Committee of CPPCC, more than 10 committee members "fought for" the microphone. After enthusiastic speeches,it was almost noon. When the host was announcing end of speeches, Gao Guangyong,a committee member sitting in the back row,quickly stood up, raised his right hand high in the air and held up his index finger, hoping for a chance to speak, "I need only one minute" ......

類似的畫面，在重慶“兩會(huì)”期間隨處可見。我們?cè)诖擞苗R頭呈現(xiàn)的，只是極少的部分。這些以表情為主題的畫面，是一扇窗口，透過這扇窗，看重慶“兩會(huì)”，我們能看到更多精彩。
