上周班里隨堂考試，考的那本書我還沒讀過。我確信老媽在我出生之前給我念過，但就是一點(diǎn)細(xì)節(jié)都記不起來了。Last week in school we had a pop quiz on a book， and I hadnt read it yet. I was pretty sure Mom read that one to me before I was born， but I couldnt remember any of the details.

其實(shí)，當(dāng)初老媽在念的時(shí)候，我要是能認(rèn)真點(diǎn)聽進(jìn)去就好了。I actually wish Id paid more attention when Mom was reading to me， though.

我估計(jì)在老媽給我念那本書的那個(gè)星期，我正忙著干別的事。I guess the week Mom was reading that book， I was busy doing something else.

好笑的是，老媽跟我說話其實(shí)完全不需要用麥克風(fēng)。The crazy thing is， Mom didnt NEED to use the microphone for me to hear her.

我就在她肚子里啊，她說的每個(gè)字我都能聽見，而且想不聽都不行。I mean， I was inside of her， so I could hear every word she said whether I wanted to or not.

我簡(jiǎn)直什么都能聽見。所以當(dāng)老爸和老媽親熱的時(shí)候，我也不得不在里面聽著。I could also hear just about EVERYTHING that was happening on the outside. So when Mom and Dad got all mushy， I had to listen to THAT， too.

看到身邊的人激情四射還真不自在，尤其是自己爸媽。我想方設(shè)法制止他們，但他們就是不識(shí)趣。Ive never really felt comfortable when people are acting affectionate around me， especially when its my parents. I tried to get them to stop， but they never got the message.

而且我無論做什么，結(jié)果都只會(huì)更糟。In fact， everything I tried just seemed to make things WORSE.
