新罕布什爾休閑寓所位于白山總統(tǒng)山脈北麓中，由一系列的獨(dú)立房間組成——每個房間都是一幅畫，捕捉周圍山頂?shù)木吧?。新罕布什爾休閑寓所采用按線性順序展開，一端用于臥室套房，另一端用于服務(wù)區(qū)域的方案。

隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長，推動了建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展。建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展對于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的提升非常重要。然而，建筑市場競爭激烈，建筑企業(yè)如何健康發(fā)展是目前大多數(shù)建筑企業(yè)需要思考的問題。結(jié)合當(dāng)前管理現(xiàn)狀來看，建筑企業(yè)如果想要脫穎而出，需要結(jié)合實際狀況，完善管理工作，提高管理質(zhì)量，樹立良好的社會形象，增強(qiáng)競爭力，才能獲得更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此，建筑施工企業(yè)必須加強(qiáng)應(yīng)用新的管理理念，提高理水平，促進(jìn)建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展。

The architectural challenge of this project is in how to invent a building type that simultaneously accommodates the local and the global conditions of the building: that is, how to negotiate between the logic of each room formed by a rectangle, and the ellipse that brings coherence to the structure as a whole. While the orthogonal logic of each room offers a structural simplicity, the ellipse creates a powerful figure that is larger than the sum of the architectural parts, bowing to the sublime panorama as a series of distinct frames.

醒來時，他又冷又不舒服。天上沒有太陽?；颐擅傻拇蟮睾吞炜兆兊糜鷣碛幊粱璋?。一陣刺骨的寒風(fēng)刮了起來，初雪鋪白了山頂。他周圍的空氣愈來愈濃，成了白茫茫一片，這時，他已經(jīng)生起火，又燒了一罐開水。天上下的一半是雨，一半是雪，雪花又大又潮。起初，一落到地面就融化了，但后來越下越多，蓋滿了地面，淋熄了火，糟蹋了他那些當(dāng)作燃料的干苔蘚。

楊麗敏有兩個兒子。手術(shù)之前，孩子們也經(jīng)常帶父母去周邊玩：每年夏天去南戴河、承德，或者去山東的海邊，但那都是短途，通常住幾天就回來了。

該項目的建筑挑戰(zhàn)在于如何發(fā)明一種同時兼顧建筑的地方特色和全球趨勢的建筑類型：即如何在每個矩形房間的邏輯與為整體橢圓結(jié)構(gòu)之間實現(xiàn)協(xié)調(diào)一致。每個房間的正交邏輯關(guān)系提供了簡單結(jié)構(gòu)的同時，橢圓形創(chuàng)造了一個比建筑組成部分之和還要強(qiáng)大的體系結(jié)構(gòu)，用一系列不同風(fēng)景特點的框架實現(xiàn)對全景的收納。

新罕布什爾休閑寓所的功能不僅作為醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)者的住所而且也作為他們的科研空間。該項目是由生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人私下開發(fā)的，將用作短期學(xué)術(shù)獎勵，為那些不斷思考、專注和探究的學(xué)者提供住宅保障。新罕布什爾休閑寓所在麥克道威爾殖民地后進(jìn)行定型，但規(guī)模較??；其不但同時能為多位學(xué)者提供住宅，而且也能承辦該地區(qū)內(nèi)要求舉辦的各種戶外活動。

Situated north of the Presidential Range in the White Mountains, the New Hampshire Retreat is composed as a series of autonomous rooms— each operating as a frame to capture the view of surrounding mountaintops. Programs of the retreat unfold in a linear sequence, from bedroom suites on one end, to service areas on the other.

The function of the retreat is to serve as both residences and research space for medical scholarship. Developed privately by a leader in the bio-medical field, the retreat is to be used for short fellowships that require scholarship in the context of introspection, focus and inquiry. Modeled after the MacDowell Colony, but on a smaller scale, the retreat hosts a few scholars at a time, and concurrently gives access to a vast array of outdoor activities that the region offers.

（1）中國大部分城市大氣降塵中重金屬元素As、Hg、Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb 和 Zn 的平均值均高于中國土壤背景值，存在一定程度的污染。Cd在工業(yè)區(qū)和非工業(yè)區(qū)中的污染級別最高，污染程度最強(qiáng)。非工業(yè)區(qū)中的Cd是土壤背景值33倍，主要來自燃煤和車輛尾氣；工業(yè)區(qū)中的Cd超標(biāo)高達(dá)200多倍，主要來自冶煉企業(yè)的排放。Cr和Ni的含量在非工業(yè)區(qū)和工業(yè)區(qū)中差別不大。

建筑材料的開發(fā)（即建筑構(gòu)造學(xué)）進(jìn)一步闡明了建筑連接部分和非連接部分之間的對話。在木樁框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系中，房屋的每一根柱子都是在最基本和最寬容的公差上制作的；每個房間都有自己的特色，也可以相應(yīng)地分階段建造。同時，這些連接是幾何上特定的、獨(dú)有的，是提供空間、表面和形式連續(xù)性的定制組件的一部分。

The material development of the building—its tectonics—further articulates the dialogue between its jointed and disjointed parts. Within the context of a wood-stud framing structural system, each volume of the house is to be fabricated on the most basic and forgiving tolerances; each box is its own house, and can be phased accordingly also. At the same time, the joints are geometrically specific, rarified and part of a custom kit of parts that oあer continuity of spaces, surfaces, and forms.
