[摘要] 目的 探究應(yīng)用柔性管理理論優(yōu)化肛腸科護(hù)理管理的護(hù)理方式以及護(hù)理結(jié)果，為臨床醫(yī)學(xué)提供護(hù)理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提高肛腸科的管理水平。方法 該院從2015年12月開始對(duì)肛腸科室的護(hù)理人員。進(jìn)行為期1年的優(yōu)化管理活動(dòng)，對(duì)比優(yōu)化管理活動(dòng)前后的肛腸科護(hù)理管理結(jié)果。結(jié)果 在進(jìn)行柔性管理理論指導(dǎo)之后，肛腸科室的護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量能夠有效的提升，醫(yī)護(hù)人員的護(hù)理熱情得到改善，肛腸科室患者對(duì)護(hù)理人員的護(hù)理滿意度從84%提高到98%。結(jié)論 在肛腸科室進(jìn)行柔性管理理論體系優(yōu)化肛腸科的護(hù)理模式，能夠有效地提升肛腸科護(hù)理的管理效率。提高工作人員的積極性以及創(chuàng)新性，改善患者對(duì)于醫(yī)護(hù)人員的護(hù)理滿意程度。對(duì)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)以及提升護(hù)理管理水平具有顯著幫助，建議臨床上廣泛應(yīng)用柔性管理理論的方針進(jìn)行肛腸科的護(hù)理管理優(yōu)化。

Study on Application of Flexible Management Therapy in Optimizing the Nursing Management in the Anorectal Department

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of flexible management theory to optimize the nursing mode and nursing results， provide nursing experience for clinical medicine and improve the management level of anorectal department. Methods In December 2015， the hospital began to conduct a one-year optimization management activity for the nurses in the anorectal department， and compared the results of the nursing management before and after the optimized management activities. Results After the theory of flexible management guidance， anorectal department can effectively improve nursing management quality， improve staff care passion， anorectal department patients satisfaction with nursing care increased from 84% to 98%. Conclusion The optimization of nursing model on the basis of the flexible management therapy system in the anorectal department can effectively improve the nursing management effective rate in the anorectal department， thus improving the enthusiasm and innovation of work staff， improving the nursing satisfactory degree of patients to the medical staff， and it is of great help to clinical medicine and improvement of nursing management level， and the wide clinical application of flexible management therapy guidelines are suggested to be used for nursing management optimization in the anorectal department.

為了提升肛腸科的護(hù)理管理效率，該次特意用柔性管理理論的方式進(jìn)行護(hù)理管理的提升，旨在強(qiáng)化護(hù)理人員的心理素質(zhì)，提升其護(hù)理行為對(duì)患者的舒適性、實(shí)用性[1]。能夠?yàn)榛颊邘?lái)更多的護(hù)理便捷，從而最大限度地實(shí)現(xiàn)“以人為本”的理念[2]。將柔性化的管理方式貫穿整個(gè)肛腸科的護(hù)理管理過(guò)程當(dāng)中，改善醫(yī)護(hù)人員的工作狀態(tài)，提升醫(yī)護(hù)人員的工作熱情，并以提升患者的滿意程度為目標(biāo)改善肛腸科的管理水平。具體的試驗(yàn)探究過(guò)程顯示如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選擇該院自2015年12月開始進(jìn)行肛腸科優(yōu)化護(hù)理工作的醫(yī)護(hù)人員20名作為該次試驗(yàn)的研究對(duì)象，均為女性，年齡在20～50歲之間，平均年齡為32.3歲。

1.2 方法

采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式，了解肛腸科的醫(yī)護(hù)人員的護(hù)理現(xiàn)狀，以及其對(duì)于柔性管理理論的認(rèn)識(shí)程度。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行肛腸科的優(yōu)化管理，優(yōu)化的管理方案持續(xù)時(shí)間為1年[3]。
