一年前，中國國家主席習近平在“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇開幕式主旨演講中，宣布了一系列舉措。一年來，“一帶一路”建設(shè)合作的“國際列車”不斷聚能，加速向前。

重慶，也在這列“國際列車”上。基于西部大開發(fā)重要戰(zhàn)略支點、“一帶一路”和長江經(jīng)濟帶聯(lián)結(jié)點等特殊的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，重慶正著力打造內(nèi)陸開放高地，建設(shè)“山清水秀美麗之地”，推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造高品質(zhì)生活。

打開重慶的全球“朋友圈”，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)重慶致力“開放”的腳步從未間斷。2011年1月，中歐班列（重慶）正式開通運行，與沿線13個城市建立了友好城市關(guān)系和友好交流關(guān)系。

中歐班列的歐洲端口——德國，與重慶的聯(lián)系堪稱“典范”。以友城杜塞爾多夫為基點，重慶正將友好關(guān)系擴展到杜伊斯堡和整個北威州地區(qū)。剛剛過去的四月，德國友人再次來渝，深度“打卡”重慶，參加“感知重慶·2018德國企業(yè)家重慶行”活動。十余位德國企業(yè)家進行了中德企業(yè)家重慶對話、經(jīng)貿(mào)考察、商務(wù)洽談和媒體交流等，親歷重慶現(xiàn)代物流、智能智造、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、汽車、醫(yī)藥、環(huán)保、文化、旅游等多個領(lǐng)域的最新發(fā)展。

短暫、緊湊和充實的行程中，德國友人如同點擊更新了重慶的“朋友圈”，連連發(fā)出贊嘆。然而兩地絕非“點贊之交”。本期封面主題，我們沿著德國企業(yè)家“打卡”重慶的足跡，深入探尋兩地日益密切的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來、文化交流，看“一帶一路”倡議之下，中歐班列（重慶）、中國（重慶）自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)等開放通道、口岸及平臺，如何為德國城市與重慶的發(fā)展提供新動能與新機遇。

One year ago, Chinese President Xi Jinping proclaimed a series of measures during his keynote speech at the opening ceremony of "the Belt and Road" International Summit Forum. Countries along the route continued to work and reinforce each other over the past year.

Chongqing has also proactively participated in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. As an important strategic fulcrum in China’s Western Development and the intersection of the Belt and Road and Yangtze River Economic Belt, Chongqing is now building itself into a highland for opening-up in inland China with picturesque landscapes so as to promote high-quality life and development.

Chongqing’s communication and cooperation with other countries is increasingly expanding. In January, 2011, the operation of China Railway Express (from Chongqing to Duisburg) has established friendly cooperative relationship with 13 cities along the route.

At the end of China Railway Express in Europe, Germany’s partnership with Chongqing has set an example for the rest of world. Taken Dusseldorf as the basic station, Chongqing has established good relationships with Duisburg and even Nordrhein-Westfalen. In April, German entrepreneurs came to Chongqing to attend an activity themed with “Experience Chongqing: German Entrepreneurs’ Visit to Chongqing in 2018”.More than 10 German Entrepreneurs have carried out dialogue, economic and trade investigation, business negotiation and media communication with Chongqing delegations.They have also witnessed new development in several sectors including modern logistics,smart manufacturing, Internet of Things, automobiles, medicine, environmental protection,culture and tourism.

During their short but fast-moving visit in Chongqing, German friends are marveled by Chongqing’s changes and progress like updating its "moments" on Wechat. While, they are not friends that merely keep in touch by "pressing thumbs". The cover story will follow these entrepreneurs to explore our close economic cooperation and cultural exchange,and to look into new drivers and opportunities for both Chongqing and German cities under the guidance of the One Belt and Road Initiative, China Railway Express (from Chongqing to Duisburg) and China (Chongqing) Free Trade Zone, as well as others ports and platforms.
