Song Qing is a member of Chinese Artists Association， Secretary-General of the Watercolor Painting Committee of Shaanxi Artists Association， Director of West China Watercolor Painting Website， and Associate Professor and Masters supervisor of Xian Art Academy. Song Qing participated in the advance class of Chinese watercolor painting in 2008， served as a visiting scholar in Paris in 2011 and successfully applied for China National Arts Fund.

His watercolor paintings have been displayed for many times at the Chinese national art exhibitions and international biennial watercolor painting exhibitions held in the United States， Italy， UK， Mexico， Japan， Malaysia， Turkey， etc. His individual exhibition has been held for six times. His watercolor paintings， Sand Storm， Dream of Hometown， and Daao Fishing Village II have respectively received the Excellence Awards of the first Shaaxi Fine Art Creation Award in 2010， the second Shaaxi Fine Art Creation Award in 2015， and the second Asian Fine Arts Biennial Exhibition in 2018.

宋清，中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，陜西省美協(xié)水彩畫藝委會秘書長，中國西部水彩網(wǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人?，F(xiàn)為西安美術(shù)學(xué)院副教授、碩士生導(dǎo)師。2008年參加中國水彩高研班，2011年法國巴黎藝術(shù)城訪問學(xué)者。2016年獲得國家藝術(shù)基金立項(xiàng)。

作品多次入選全國美展及各種專業(yè)美展，多次入選美國、意大利、英國、墨西哥、烏克蘭、捷克、馬來西亞、土耳其、日本、韓國等國際水彩畫雙年展。

2012年水彩畫《小艇》入選第二屆上海朱家角國際水彩畫雙年展。

2011年水彩畫《蝕·沙塵暴》入選第四屆全國青年美展。

2010年水彩畫《守望者》入選第九屆全國水彩·粉畫作品展。

2009年水彩畫《守望者》入選“倡導(dǎo)綠色生活”全國美術(shù)作品展。

舉辦個人展覽6次。

獲獎：

2010年水彩畫《蝕·沙塵暴》獲陜西省首屆美術(shù)創(chuàng)作獎優(yōu)秀獎。

2015年水彩畫《故城夢》獲陜西省第二屆屆美術(shù)創(chuàng)作獎優(yōu)秀獎。

2018年水彩畫《大澳漁村2》獲第二屆亞洲美術(shù)雙年展展優(yōu)秀獎。

作品曾發(fā)表于《中國水彩》《水彩畫家》《美苑》《名家書畫》《西北美術(shù)》《美術(shù)大觀》《藝術(shù)財(cái)富》《美術(shù)報(bào)》等報(bào)刊，《中國水彩》《中國教育報(bào)》《臺灣時(shí)報(bào)》《陜西美術(shù)》有專題介紹，另有十余篇論文發(fā)表于全國核心期刊。
