巴拿馬·巴拿馬省Panama Province, Panama

巴拿馬省位于巴拿馬中部偏東，面向太平洋巴拿馬海灣。該省管轄的珍珠群島擁有悠久的歷史和豐富的自然風(fēng)光，以原始森林和原始海灘聞名于世。巴拿馬城是該省省會，也是該國首都。臨?？可降陌湍民R城，不僅有古香古色的教堂和城堡，還有高樓林立的繁華都市氣息，被譽為“中美洲明珠”。

巴拿馬是中美洲最發(fā)達的國家，2016年被《國際生活》雜志評為全球23個最適宜養(yǎng)老的國家中的第一位。巴拿馬運河，是國際海上貿(mào)易的重要通道，也是巴拿馬的主要經(jīng)濟來源，現(xiàn)已成為巴拿馬的著名景點。

2017年6月12日，巴拿馬與中國建交。

Panama province is located in the eastern part of central Panama and faces the Pacific Gulf of Panama. The Pearl Islands, governed by the province, boast a long history and rich natural scenery, which are famous for the virgin forests and pristine beaches. Panama City is the provincial capital, which also serves as the national capital. Panama City, which is close to the sea, has both antique churches and castles, and the bustling urban atmosphere with tall buildings.It is known as the “Pearl of Central America”.

Panama is the most developed country in Central America. In 2016, it was named the first of the 23 countries most suitable for life in the world by International Life magazine. The Panama Canal, an important channel for international maritime trade and a major source of its economy,has become a famous attraction in Panama.

On June 12, 2017, Panama established diplomatic relations with China.

烏拉圭·圣何塞省 Province of San José, Uruguay

烏拉圭東岸共和國，簡稱烏拉圭，位于南美洲東南部，是拉美南方共同市場成員國，農(nóng)牧業(yè)、金融服務(wù)業(yè)較發(fā)達，與中國關(guān)系友好。圣何塞省是烏拉圭19個省級行政區(qū)之一，是烏拉圭的工農(nóng)業(yè)大省。

2018年1月8日，重慶市與圣何塞省正式締結(jié)友好省市。

The Oriental Republic of Uruguay, shortened as Uruguay, is a country in the southeastern region of South America. It is a member of the Latin American Southern Common Market.The agriculture, animal husbandry and financial services industries here are relatively developed and it has kept friendly diplomatic relations with China. The province of San José services as one of the 19 provincial-level administrative regions of Uruguay and is a large industrial and agricultural province in Uruguay.

On January 8, 2018, Chongqing and San Jose Province formally established friendly relationship.

日本·水戶市 Mito City, Japan

水戶市位于日本關(guān)東平原東北部，是茨城縣縣府所在地。水戶市的特產(chǎn)有納豆、梅干、梅點心等，納豆也是當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟農(nóng)副業(yè)之一。2009年，茨城縣農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)值列日本第二位。

2000年6月,重慶市與水戶市正式結(jié)為友好城市。2002年，為紀(jì)念和感謝重慶市幫助其成功舉辦“日本第十屆全國綠化會議”，水戶市將重慶參展的恐龍館原址改建為“重慶廣場”。

Mito City is the capital city of Ibaraki Prefecture, in the northeast Kanto Plain of Japan.The special products of Mito City are natto,prunes, plum dim sum and so on. Natto is also one of the local agricultural and sideline industries.In 2009, the output value of agricultural products in Ibaraki Prefecture ranked second in Japan.

In June 2000, Chongqing and Mito City officially became sister cities. In 2002, in order to commemorate and thank Chongqing for helping successfully host the “The 10th National Greening Conference in Japan”, Mito City converted the original site of the Dinosaur Pavilion in Chongqing into “Chongqing Plaza”.

日本·三條市 Sanjo City, Japan

新潟縣位于日本中部海沿岸，自然資源豐富，交通發(fā)達，擁有新干線高速鐵路、國際機場和國際貿(mào)易港。

新潟縣三條市，面積約432平方公里，是新潟縣內(nèi)少數(shù)的幾個工業(yè)城市，特色產(chǎn)業(yè)為汽車零部件和建筑鋼材等金屬制造業(yè)，主要產(chǎn)品出口歐洲。其金屬品制造始于1720年，19世紀(jì)中葉刃具、家庭用金屬品工業(yè)相當(dāng)發(fā)達。

2016年11月，重慶市巴南區(qū)與日本三條市在渝簽署《建立友好合作關(guān)系備忘錄》，為兩地正式締結(jié)為友好城市打下堅實基礎(chǔ)。

Located on the coast of the central sea of Japan,Niigata Prefecture is rich in natural resources and boasts well-developed transportation. It has Shinkansen highspeed railways, international airport and international trading port.

Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, covers an area of about 432 square kilometers and is one of the few industrial cities in Niigata Prefecture. The featured industries are metal manufacturing such as auto parts and construction steel, and the main products have been exported to Europe. The manufacture of metal products began in 1720, and the cutting tool and household metal products industry in the mid-19th century was quite developed.

In November 2016, Banan District of Chongqing Municipality and Sanjo City of Japan signed the Memorandum on Establishing Friendly and Cooperative Relations, which laid a solid foundation for the official conclusion of the two cities as sister cities.

比利時·安特衛(wèi)普省Antwerp Province, Belgium

安特衛(wèi)普省位于比利時北部的弗拉芒大區(qū)。省會安特衛(wèi)普市，是比利時最重要的商業(yè)中心、港口城市，也是世界最大的鉆石加工和貿(mào)易中心。

安特衛(wèi)普是歐洲著名的文化中心和旅游城市，擁有保存完好、充滿中世紀(jì)情調(diào)的古老建筑，享譽世界的皇家藝術(shù)博物館、國家海運博物館等歷史博物館，以及皇家佛蘭芒歌劇院、皇家荷蘭劇場、伊麗莎白女王音樂廳等藝術(shù)場館。

2010年6月，安特衛(wèi)普省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展局在渝設(shè)立代表處；2011年10月，重慶市與安特衛(wèi)普省正式締結(jié)為友好省市。

Antwerp Province is the northernmost province of the Flemish Region of Belgium. The provincial capital of Antwerp is the most important commercial center and port city of Belgium as well as the world’s largest diamond processing and trading center.

Antwerp is a famous cultural center and tourist city in Europe. It boasts well-preserved, medieval-style old buildings, the world-renowned Royal Museum of Art, the National Maritime Museum and other historical museums,as well as Art venues such as the Royal Flemish Opera,Royal Dutch Theatre, Queen Elizabeth concert halls.

In June 2010, the Antwerp Provincial Economic Development Bureau set up a representative office in Chongqing; In October 2011, Chongqing and Antwerp Province formally established friendly relationship.

新加坡 Singapore

新加坡位于馬來半島南端，在東南亞國家中擁有優(yōu)越的地理位置，具備世界級的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、遍及全島的完整運輸系統(tǒng)、充滿蓬勃朝氣的商業(yè)環(huán)境、活力四射的居住空間。根據(jù)2018年的全球金融中心指數(shù)（GF C I）排名報告，新加坡是繼紐約、倫敦、香港之后的第四大國際金融中心，也是亞洲重要的服務(wù)和航運中心之一。

2015年11月，中國和新加坡第三個政府間合作項目—中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項目啟動以來，重慶與新加坡在金融、物流、航空等方面合作取得了顯著成果。

Located at the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula, Singapore has a prime location in Southeast Asia, with world-class infrastructure,a complete transportation system throughout the island, a vibrant business environment and a vibrant living space. According to the 2018 Global Financial Centers Index (GFCI) Ranking Report,Singapore is the fourth largest international financial center after New York, London and Hong Kong, and one of the important services and shipping centers in Asia.

In November 2015, since the launch of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Strategic Interconnection Demonstration Project, the third intergovernmental cooperation project between China and Singapore, Chongqing and Singapore have achieved remarkable results in cooperation in finance, logistics, aviation and other aspects.

美國·加州鮑德溫帕克市Baldwin Park, California, USA

美國加利福尼亞州洛杉磯郡的鮑德溫帕克市位于圣蓋博峽谷中部。1956年，鮑德溫帕克成為第47個獨立加入加利福尼亞州的城市。該市目前致力于振興經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)，有6個重新發(fā)展區(qū)，涵蓋了多樣性的發(fā)展項目，比如高質(zhì)量養(yǎng)老住房、星巴克、哈雷戴維森摩托、交通樞紐導(dǎo)向區(qū)等富有活力的發(fā)展項目。

Baldwin Park, Los Angeles, California, is located in the middle of the San Gabriel Valley. In 1956, Baldwin Park became the 47th city joined California. The city is currently working to revitalize the economic base, with six redevelopment zones covering diverse development projects such as high-quality retirement homes, Starbucks,Harley Davidson Motors, and transportation hubs.

尼泊爾·比拉德訥格爾市Biratnagar, Nepal

比拉德訥格爾市位于尼泊爾東南部，是尼泊爾第二大城市，特賴平原東部科西大區(qū)的行政中心。該市的窄軌鐵路通向印度，公路聯(lián)系廣泛，有全天候機場，是尼泊爾重要的新興工業(yè)中心，有黃麻、火柴、制糖、紡織、碾米和榨油等工廠。近年來，該市的尼龍、塑料、鋼鐵等工業(yè)逐漸興起。

The city of Biratnagar is located in the southeast of Nepal and serves as the second largest city in Nepal and the administrative center of the Corsi region in the eastern part of the Terai Plain. The city’s narrow-gauge railways lead to India, with extensive road links and an allweather airport. It is an important new industrial center in Nepal, with jute, matches, sugar, textiles, rice milling and oil extraction. In recent years, its nylon, plastics, steel and other industries have gradually emerged.

美國·帕羅奧圖市Palo Alto, USA

帕羅奧圖市是美國舊金山大都會灣區(qū)和硅谷的一部分，位于圣克拉拉縣內(nèi)。該市地理位置優(yōu)越，交通便利。

韓國·全羅南道靈光郡Jellanam-do Yeonggwang-gun, Republic of Korea

全羅南道靈光郡位于韓國西南海岸，擁有廣闊豐富的海洋漁場。同時，電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)也是靈光郡的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，是政府推動經(jīng)濟增長的主要項目。

Jellanam-do Yeonggwang-gun is located on the southwest coast of South Korea and has a vast and rich marine fishery. Meanwhile, the electric vehicle industry is also the leading industry and the main project for the government to promote economic growth.

美國·核桃市Walnut, USA

韓國·首爾市Seoul, Republic of Korea

首爾位于朝鮮半島西部，是韓國最大的城市，作為韓國首都已有600年歷史，是韓國政治、經(jīng)濟、文化中心。

首爾已連續(xù)7次在由美國羅格斯大學(xué)開展并由聯(lián)合國贊助的全球電子政務(wù)評估中排名第一，成為公認(rèn)的全球領(lǐng)先智慧城市。

首爾擁有首爾大學(xué)、高麗大學(xué)、成均館大學(xué)等大專院校34所，是名副其實的大學(xué)之城。同時，還擁有冠岳山、三角山、仁旺山等名勝古跡。首爾也是重慶市民出境旅游的熱門目的地之一。

美國·西雅圖市Seattle, USA

1983年6月，重慶市與西雅圖市正式締結(jié)友好城市。2012年3月，西雅圖市和重慶市教委簽署了教育合作備忘錄。2017年11月，重慶市—華盛頓州教育交流座談會在渝舉行，美國華盛頓大學(xué)、林肯高中等7所學(xué)校與重慶多所學(xué)校建立友好學(xué)校關(guān)系。

The coastal city of Seattle in the United States is part of Washington State. It is a frontier in modern scientific research and is a world leader in aerospace, computer software, bioinformatics,genetics, telemedicine, and electronic equipment.Seattle has such prestigious universities as Washington University and is home to Microsoft,Amazon, Starbucks and Boeing.

In June 1983, Chongqing and Seattle City formally established a friendly relationship as sister cities. In March 2012, the City of Seattle and the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission signed a memorandum of education cooperation.In November 2017, the Chongqing-Washington State Education Exchange Symposium was held in Chongqing. Seven schools such as Washington University and Lincoln High School established a friendly school relationship with many schools in Chongqing.

越南·胡志明市 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

胡志明市位于湄公河三角洲東北，是越南的中央直轄市。是越南工業(yè)最發(fā)達的地區(qū)，也是重要的交通樞紐，擁有全國最大的內(nèi)河港口和國際航空港，主要港口吉萊港已發(fā)展成東南亞著名港口。鐵路可通往河內(nèi)及其他大中城市，經(jīng)公路或水路可通往柬埔寨和老撾。

2018年5月，越南駐華大使鄧明魁、越南工貿(mào)部副部長陳國慶一行到訪重慶，與重慶相關(guān)部門簽署物流貿(mào)易合作領(lǐng)域的多項協(xié)議，進一步拓展了合作的深度與廣度。目前，重慶—東盟國際公路物流大通道東線及其復(fù)線已開通運行，重慶與越南的貿(mào)易合作日漸密切。

Located in the northeast of the Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Minh City is the central municipality of Vietnam. It is the most developed industrial area in Vietnam and an important transportation hub. It boasts the largest inland port and international airport in the country.The main port of Gilead has developed into a famous port in Southeast Asia. The railway will lead to Hanoi and other large and medium-sized cities, with roads or waterways leading to Cambodia and Laos.

In May 2018, a delegation led by the Vietnamese Ambassador to China Deng Mingkui and Vice Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam Chen Guoqing visited Chongqing and signed a range of agreements in the field of logistics trade cooperation with relevant departments of Chongqing, further expanding the depth and breadth of cooperation.At present, the east line of Chongqing-ASEAN international highway logistics channel and its double line have been opened, and the trade cooperation between Chongqing and Vietnam is getting closer.

德國·杜塞爾多夫市 Düsseldorf, Germany

杜塞爾多夫市位于萊茵河畔，是德國北萊茵—威斯特法倫州的首府，歐洲物流中心城市。該市的鋼鐵、機械、化工和玻璃等工業(yè)企業(yè)享有世界聲譽，在生命科學(xué)和生物技術(shù)方面具有獨特優(yōu)勢。

2004年7月，重慶市與杜塞爾多夫市締結(jié)友好城市，杜塞爾多夫大學(xué)圣溫晨茨醫(yī)院與重慶新橋醫(yī)院骨科建立了固定的學(xué)術(shù)聯(lián)系機制；杜塞爾多夫市與四川美術(shù)學(xué)院建立學(xué)術(shù)交流機制，每年雙方都各派藝術(shù)家跨國交流學(xué)習(xí)等。

2017年12月，“2017感知中國·重慶篇—德國行”活動在杜塞爾多夫市舉行。

The city of Düsseldorf is located on the banks of the Rhine and serves as the capital of Westphalia,North Rhine of the German. The city’s steel,machinery, chemical and glass industries enjoy world-wide reputation and unique advantages in life sciences and biotechnology.

In July 2004, Chongqing and Düsseldorf entered into sister cities, and the St. Wenchenz Hospital of Düsseldorf University and the Department of Orthopaedics of Chongqing Xinqiao Hospital established a fixed academic contact mechanism;Düsseldorf and The Sichuan Fine Arts Institute has established an academic exchange mechanism.Each year, both sides send artists to study and exchange internationally.

In December 2017, the“2017 Experience China (Chongqing)-German Tour”event was held in Düsseldorf.

韓國·仁川市Inchon, Republic of Korea

仁川市位于韓國西海岸，是韓國第二大港口城市。仁川擁有168座美麗島嶼和豐富的海洋資源，是一個休閑旅游度假勝地。這里是韓國最大的華僑居留地，有近5萬華人，仁川唐人街也有130多年歷史。

2007年6月，重慶市與仁川市正式締結(jié)友好城市。近年來，重慶與韓國交往密切，韓國現(xiàn)代汽車集團、S K海力士等多家韓國知名企業(yè)來渝投資。雙方在“一帶一路”倡議下深化交流，在航空、港口、商貿(mào)、金融、旅游、文化等多方面開展務(wù)實合作。

Located on the west coast of South Korea,Inchon is Korea’s second largest port city. With 168 beautiful islands and abundant marine resources,Inchon is a leisure and holiday destination. It is the largest overseas Chinese residence in South Korea,with nearly 50,000 Chinese, and Inchon Chinatown enjoys a history of more than 130 years.

In June 2007, Chongqing and Incheon officially concluded sister cities. In recent years, Chongqing has had close contacts with South Korea, and such well-known Korean companies as Hyundai Motor Group and SK Hynix have invested in it. The both sides deepened exchanges based on the Belt and Road Initiative and carried out pragmatic cooperation in aviation, port, commerce, finance, tourism and culture.

新西蘭·克賴斯特徹奇市Christchurch, New Zealand

克賴斯特徹奇市位于新西蘭南島東岸，農(nóng)業(yè)是坎特伯雷地區(qū)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，坎特伯雷擁有新西蘭70%的灌溉農(nóng)田，生產(chǎn)多種食品，包括肉類、海鮮、奶制品和酒類。同時，克賴斯特徹奇是新西蘭第二大制造中心，城內(nèi)交通便利，民航、公路、鐵路可通往新西蘭各大旅游勝地。近年來，中國已成為新西蘭第二大國際旅游市場。

Christchurch is located on the east coast of South Island in New Zealand. Agriculture is a pillar industry in the Canterbury region, which has 70%of New Zealand’s irrigated farmland and produces a variety of foods, including meat, seafood, dairy and alcohol. At the same time, Christchurch is New Zealand’s second largest manufacturing center,with convenient transportation and civil aviation,roads and railways leading to New Zealand’s major tourist attractions. In recent years, China has become New Zealand’s second largest international tourism market.

韓國·高陽市Goyang, Republic of Korea

高陽市位于韓國京畿道中西部，是韓國首都的衛(wèi)星城，擁有韓國最大的會展中心—韓國國際展覽中心。高陽市的城市布局精巧，環(huán)境優(yōu)美，曾被評為世界十大活力城市。這里也是韓國花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)最發(fā)達的地區(qū)，世界花博會曾多次在此舉辦。

高陽市在住房、教育和不斷創(chuàng)造就業(yè)機會方面受到高度評價，被認(rèn)為是韓國最適合居住的城市之一。

英國·威爾士 Wales, UK

威爾士位于英國西南部，是大不列顛及北愛爾蘭聯(lián)合王國的組成部分，擁有獨立的立法機構(gòu)和行政管理機構(gòu)。主要產(chǎn)業(yè)包括先進材料和尖端制造、能源環(huán)保、信息通訊、生命科學(xué)和創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)等，其他地區(qū)依靠農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)。威爾士擁有8所高等教育院校和50多家綜合專業(yè)院校。

2006年，威爾士與重慶簽署友好合作備忘錄以來，雙方在教育、衛(wèi)生、科技、環(huán)保、文化藝術(shù)等領(lǐng)域開展了交流合作。自2007年開始，每年3月在渝舉辦的“威爾士周”已成為中英地方合作的一張亮麗名片。

In 2006, since Wales signed a memorandum of friendship and cooperation with Chongqing,the two sides have carried out exchanges and cooperation in the fields of education, health,science and technology, environmental protection,culture and art. Since 2007, the “Welsh Week”held in March every year has become a wellknown business card for Sino-British local cooperation.

希臘·伯羅奔尼撒大區(qū)Peloponnese, Greece

伯羅奔尼撒大區(qū)位于希臘南部伯羅奔尼撒半島東南部，地處“一帶一路”南線的黃金地帶。該地區(qū)的旅游業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)（橄欖油和葡萄酒為主）是當(dāng)?shù)刂еa(chǎn)業(yè)，全區(qū)吸引境內(nèi)外投資比重占希臘全國總量的32%，位居第一。

伯羅奔尼撒半島在歐洲歷史上扮演過重要的角色，它是古代奧林匹克運動會的發(fā)源地，是西方文明的搖籃。

The Peloponnese is located in the southeastern part of the Peloponnesian Peninsula in southern Greece, situated in the golden zone of the south line of the Belt and Road. Tourism and agriculture (mainly olive oil and wine) in the region are the main pillar industries. The region’s domestic and foreign investment accounts for 32% of the national total in Greece, ranking the first place.

2011年，美世全球生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查評估了全球420座城市，根據(jù)經(jīng)濟、學(xué)校與教育、政治與文化等影響生活質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素排名，蘇黎世高居全球第二。蘇黎世擁有世界領(lǐng)先的研究所、大學(xué)和國際學(xué)術(shù)機構(gòu)。

2013年4月，重慶市和蘇黎世州正式建立友好市州關(guān)系。

Located in the northeast of Switzerland,the Canton of Zurich is the most populous and economically developed state in Switzerland with 70,000 companies and enterprises.

In 2011, the Mercer Global Quality of Life Survey assessed 420 cities around the world,with the Canton of Zurich ranking second in terms of economy, school and education,politics and culture, and other key factors affecting quality of life. Zurich has the world’s leading research institutes, universities and international academic institutions.

In April 2013, Chongqing and Zurich officially established a friendly city-state relationship.

澳大利亞·昆士蘭州Queensland, Australia

昆士蘭州位于澳大利亞大陸東北部，是澳大利亞第二大州，常被稱為“陽光之州”，是澳大利亞第三大經(jīng)濟體。旅游業(yè)是該州的主要產(chǎn)業(yè)。

昆士蘭州府布里斯班市，是澳大利亞連通亞太地區(qū)最主要的交通樞紐之一，也是澳大利亞農(nóng)牧資源產(chǎn)品外銷的主要港口之一。布里斯班在許多領(lǐng)域的研究與發(fā)展也處于領(lǐng)先地位。

2005年10月，重慶市與布里斯班市締結(jié)友好城市。

Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, is one of Australia’s leading transportation hubs for the Asia-Pacific region and one of Australia’s major ports for the export of agricultural and livestock resources. Brisbane is also a leader in research and development in many fields.

In October 2005, Chongqing and Brisbane City entered into sister cities.

安大略省是加拿大經(jīng)濟大省，首府多倫多是加拿大第一大城市，也是加拿大的金融中心。安大略省南部土地肥沃，氣候溫和，適宜農(nóng)業(yè)耕作加工，在食品加工技術(shù)研發(fā)領(lǐng)域占據(jù)世界領(lǐng)先地位。安大略省是加拿大制造業(yè)的中心，有5500多家信息通訊技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)公司，生產(chǎn)了全國43%的出口商品。

1986年3月，重慶市與多倫多市正式締結(jié)友好城市關(guān)系。

In March 1986, Chongqing and the city of Toronto officially concluded a sister city relationship.
