伴隨著川劇變臉、藏族舞、彝族舞、傣族舞、維吾爾族聯(lián)舞等中國傳統(tǒng)表演藝術(shù)，以及俄羅斯民族舞蹈串燒、歌舞、樂器演奏等精彩節(jié)目“綻放”舞臺，俄羅斯薩馬拉當(dāng)?shù)貢r間7月27日晚，第五屆中俄“長江—伏爾加河”青年論壇拉開帷幕。來自中國代表團(tuán)的150名優(yōu)秀青年代表與近2000名俄羅斯優(yōu)秀青年相聚于此，共同開展為期10天的系列文化交流活動。

在開幕式上，俄羅斯總統(tǒng)駐伏爾加河沿岸聯(lián)邦區(qū)副全權(quán)代表伊戈爾·琶爾幸、薩馬拉州代州長德米特列·阿薩洛夫，以及中國代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長、共青團(tuán)江西省委副書記楊志出席并致辭，紛紛贊揚(yáng)中俄“長江—伏爾加河”青年論壇在推進(jìn)兩國青年友好交流合作方面的積極作用，表達(dá)對兩國青年共同推進(jìn)中俄未來長足發(fā)展的美好愿景。

中俄“長江—伏爾加河”青年論壇是中俄戰(zhàn)略合作的重要組成部分，是推動中俄關(guān)系保持高水平發(fā)展的重要載體。2014年，中俄“長江—伏爾加河”青年論壇創(chuàng)設(shè)，主要合作范圍包括中方長江中上游重慶、四川、湖北、湖南、安徽、江西6?。ㄊ校┘岸砹_斯伏爾加河沿岸聯(lián)邦區(qū)14個聯(lián)邦主體，重點(diǎn)是促進(jìn)兩大區(qū)域的經(jīng)貿(mào)和人文交流合作。

On the evening of July 27, the fifth Sino-Russian “Yangtze-Volga River” Youth Forum kicked off on local time in Samara,Russia, following the Chinese traditional performing arts such as Face-changing of Sichuan Opera, Tibetan dance, Yi dance, Dai dance and Uygur joint dance, as well as the splendid Russian performances such as the Russian national dance combination,singing and dancing and musical instrument performance. More than 150 excellent young people from the delegation group of China and 2000 youths from Russia gathered here to jointly carry out an ten-day series of cultural exchange activities.

At the opening ceremony, the deputy plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation’s Federal District in the Volga River, Igor Palcieux, the Governor of Samara, Demetrius Asalov, and Yang Zhi, the head of the Chinese delegation and Deputy Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League,attended and delivered speeches. They praised the positive role of the Sino-Russia “Yangtze-Volga River” Youth Forum in promoting friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two countries and expressed their vision of jointly promoting the future development of China and Russia.

The Sino-Russian “Yangtze River-Volga River” Youth Forum is an important part of China-Russia strategic cooperation as well as an important carrier for promoting China-Russia relations to maintain a high level of development. In 2014, the Sino-Russian“Yangtze-Volga River” cooperation mechanism was officially launched. The main cooperation scope included the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River in Chongqing, Sichuan,Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Jiangxi, totally 6 provinces (municipalities)and 14 Russian Federal Districts along the Volga River with a focus on promoting economic, trade and cultural exchanges and cooperation between the two major regions.

思想與文化的碰撞

“你來自哪里？”“到這里有什么感受？”初次見面，青年們的熱情和活力迅速打破彼此的陌生感，中文、俄文、英文，剛見面不久，不同的語言便在營地里響起，青年們的友誼迅速升溫。

論壇期間，中俄青年分為文化語言、企業(yè)經(jīng)營、科學(xué)創(chuàng)新、旅游文化和藝術(shù)、大眾傳播與媒體5個主題營，針對不同主題，開展不同的項目合作和交流。從最初的破冰游戲，到類型豐富的主題講座，中俄青年共同組成合作伙伴，并完成相關(guān)主題項目策劃書。

其中，來自重慶分團(tuán)的西南大學(xué)學(xué)生張顥和王做穎攜同俄羅斯伙伴完成《關(guān)于留學(xué)A P P開發(fā)的項目報告》，幫助留學(xué)生解決在外求學(xué)的各種問題，方便在外求學(xué)的學(xué)子通過媒體的思維解決實(shí)際問題，榮獲大眾傳媒與媒體分營“二等獎”。

活動期間，重慶分團(tuán)走訪薩馬拉大學(xué)，前往薩馬拉航天博物館了解俄羅斯航空航天發(fā)展史，參觀列寧故居紀(jì)念館。

The Collision between Ideas and Culture

“Where do you come from?” “How does it feel to be here?”At the first meeting, the enthusiasm and vigor of the young people quickly broke the strangeness of each other, different languages like Chinese, Russian, English were filled in the camp soon after they met, and the friendship between the young people quickly warmed up.

During the forum, Chinese and Russian young people were divided into five themed camps: cultue and language, enterprise management, scientific innovation, tourism culture and art,mass media and mass communication. Different projects and cooperation were carried out for different topics, from the initial ice-breaking game to a variety of thematic lectures, the Chinese and Russian youth jointly formed a partnership and completed the relevant thematic project plan.

Among them, Zhang Hao and Wang Zuoying, students from Southwest University of Chongqing Branch, together with their Russian partners, completed theProject Report on the Development of APP for Overseas Studentsto help foreign students to solve various problems in studying abroad,facilitating students studying abroad to solve practical problems through media thinking. They were awarded the “Second Prize”of the mass media and media sub-department.

During the event, Chongqing delegation visited Samara University and Samara Space Museum studied the history of Russian aerospace development and visited the Lenin Memorial Hall of Samara.

“中國日”秀中華文化

中國青年熱切體驗(yàn)著俄羅斯的美麗風(fēng)景和魅力人文，與此同時，也帶來了“原汁原味”的中國文化。當(dāng)?shù)貢r間8月1日，“中國日”活動期間，中方特色文化館為俄羅斯朋友奉上了一場中華文化秀，“重慶館”推出的重慶特色更是“吸睛”無數(shù)。

重慶代表團(tuán)推出了養(yǎng)蠶繅絲、重慶山水畫、中國結(jié)現(xiàn)場教學(xué)、重慶火鍋品嘗等活動。西南大學(xué)家蠶基因組生物學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室教師陳玉琳現(xiàn)場科普蠶繭抽絲與蠶絲文化，指導(dǎo)中俄青年親手體驗(yàn)繅絲之法，并將系列蠶絲科普材料贈送給薩馬拉大學(xué)的“中國中心”；西南大學(xué)學(xué)生徐淼手把手教授俄羅斯朋友制作中國結(jié)；重慶火鍋飄香四溢，大家前來排起長隊，品嘗“重慶味道”……

除了“中國日”活動，中方各省市代表團(tuán)還舉行了專場推介會，為俄羅斯朋友展示自己的特色風(fēng)景與人文。重慶代表團(tuán)首場展示，通過三分鐘精簡視頻，全面展示了重慶城市發(fā)展、人文歷史、名勝古跡，聲情并茂地介紹了重慶的城市特色，引得中俄青年全場喝彩。

Chinese Culture Dispalying on China Day

Chinese youth were eager to enjoy the beautiful scenery and charm of Russia, and at the same time brought about the original Chinese culture for the local people. On August 1st local time, during the China Day event, the Chinese Cultural Center presented a Chinese cultural show for Russian friends. The Chongqing feature launched by Chongqing Pavilion attracted much attention.

Chongqing delegation launched activities such as silkwormraising and silk- reeling, Chongqing landscape painting, Chinese knot teaching, and Chongqing hot pot tasting. Chen Yulin, a teacher of the State Key Laboratory of Silkworm Genome Biology(Southwest University), guided the young people from China and Russia to experience silk reeling firsthand, and presented a series of silk science materials to the China Center of Samara University; Xu Miao, a student of Southwest University, taught Russian friends to make Chinese knots; Chongqing hot pot was full of fragrance, everyone came to line up long queues and tasted “Chongqing taste”.

In addition to the China Day event, Chinese provincial and municipal delegations also held a special promotion meeting to show their unique scenery and humanities to Russian friends.A three-minute video broadcast by Chongqing delegation fully displayed Chongqing's demeanor, including its city development,history, culuture, senic spots and historical sites. The whole audience cheered on the live interaction.

中俄青年結(jié)下友誼

8月3日，“第五屆中俄‘伏爾加—長江’青年論壇”在薩馬拉州圓滿落幕?！犊η锷泛汀肚嗷ù伞?，不同地域的音樂在伏爾加河畔碰撞，跨過語言的障礙，兩國青年共同哼唱共同起舞。短短的時光，他們在薩馬拉郊外營地、美麗的伏爾加河畔結(jié)下特別的情誼，臨別之際，依依不舍，互相擁抱，共同期盼來年再相見。

閉幕儀式上，中俄代表互贈禮物，禮物見證著中俄友誼。中國代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長楊志在閉幕式致辭，“青年交流作為中俄地方合作的重要組成部分之一，在廣大青年人間傳播并發(fā)揚(yáng)兩國世代友好、共同振興的理念，為中俄關(guān)系持續(xù)發(fā)展提供全新動能?！?/p>

Friendship between Chinese and Russian Youth

On August 3, the fifth Sino-Russian “Yangtze River -Volga River” Youth Forum ended successfully in Samara.Katyusha and Green Flower Porcelain, music from different regions met on the Volga River, crossing the barriers of language, and youths from both country sang and danced together. In a short period of time, they formed a special friendship on the outskirts of Samara, alongside the beautiful Volga River. When they left, they embraced each other and hoped to see each other again in the coming year.

At the closing ceremony, Chinese and Russian representatives presented gifts to each other. Two gifts witnessed the friendship between China and Russia. Yang Zhi, the head of the Chinese delegation, delivered a speech at the closing ceremony and said “Youth exchanges, as one of the important components of Sino-Russian local cooperation, spread and carry forward the concept of friendship and common revitalization between the two countries from generation to generation among the broad masses of young people, providing new momentum for the sustainable development of Sino-Russian relations.”
