Huang Wei， also known as Qiu Zi， was born in Baoding， Hebei Province in 1969. With a masters degree， Huang was currently living in Beijing. She has been interested in painting since childhood， and began practicing sketching in high school. She was introduced to oil painting since the 1980s. Graduated from the Academy of Arts and Design， Tsinghua University and Feng Xiao Senior Seminar， Huang now works as a professional painter.

黃瑋，筆名楸梓，1969年生于河北保定，祖籍湖南瀏陽(yáng)，現(xiàn)居北京，碩士。從小喜愛繪畫，中學(xué)時(shí)開始進(jìn)行素描、速寫等繪畫基礎(chǔ)練習(xí)，上世紀(jì)80年代末開始接觸油畫，求學(xué)于中央工藝美院（現(xiàn)清華美院）和肖峰高研班等?，F(xiàn)為職業(yè)畫家。
