Research on Wastewater Treatment Technology of Xinjiang Oilfield

Abstract:With the large-scale application of the volumetric fracturing development model,Xinjiang Oilfield expects a sharp increase in the amount of wastewater in the next five years,of which fracturing and returning fluid accounts for more than 50%of the total operating wastewater.At present,the treatment of operating wastewater in Xinjiang oilfield mainly relies on the centralized treatment station that has been built,because the wastewater treatment process has not been considered during the design of the sewage treatment station.After the operation wastewater is recycled to the sewage treatment system,it will cause a great impact on the system and seriously affect the water discharge index of the sewage treatment system.By analyzing the technical status of wastewater treatment in Xinjiang oilfield,this paper proposes a technical scheme to adapt to the“classification classification” of wastewater in Xinjiang oilfield,which not only realizes the resource utilization of wastewater,but also ensures the stable operation of the sewage treatment system.

Laboratory TestAnalysis of Ultrasonic Treatment of Oily Sludge

Abstract:with the increasing efforts of national environmental protection,oil sludge from oil fields has been included in the national hazardous waste list.Before,most oil fields and oil-related enterprises simply piled up and buried oil sludge in the open air,which had a serious impact on the environment.In order to solve this problem,ultrasonic processing of oil tank bottom sludge,the size is obtained by orthogonal experiment the effect of different factors respectively ultrasonic frequency>ultrasonic power>reaction temperature>reaction time,followed by a single factor experiment with orthogonal experiment for refinement and validation,got in ultrasonic power of 45 w,40 KHZ ultrasonic frequency,reaction temperature 55℃,reaction time 15 min oil removal rate under the condition of the best.

Study On Energy Saving Optimization Of Associated Gas Gathering In SananArea Wang Yanjuan(Natural Gas Branch in Daqing Oilfield Co.,Ltd)2019,9(1):09-10

Abstract:in the Sanan area of Daqing Oilfield,the gas source of the Nanba cryogenic unit was originally supplied by the Sanan turbocharging station,the middle 14th line and the south eight line.Through the analysis and study on the construction of associated gas gathering system and its operation status,During the normal operation of the unit,the optimized scheme of point to point direct supply of associated gas is put forward by using the pressure energy of the associated gas booster station in Sanan area,and the South II-2 pressurized gas transmission is directly supplied to the south eight cryogenic device.The Sanan supercharging station only starts when the equipment is overhauled and malfunctions,thus reducing the operation time,reducing the power consumption of the unit, and improving the quality, efficiency and benefit of the production plant in Sanan area.

The Technology Study of Increasing Speed and Reducing Cost in Deep Well of Daqing Oilfield

Abstract:Expanding exploration in daqing oil field camp deep strata of the city and shahe group development have a large number of natural gas resources,but these strata belong to glutenite,rhyolite,such as development strata,strong abrasive,high geothermal gradient,hard and soft formation, and the formation cementation ability is poor, easy leakage occurred in drilling,borehole collapse and drilling fluid performance degradation,such as complex,the drilling cycle in more than four months.For this case,the daqing oil field in well bore structure design,bit type,speed up tools development and drilling treating synthetic study,eventually formed the expanding deep Yu Daqing oil fields will be accelerated the formation of form a complete set of technology and craft,make greatly improve drilling speed,drilling cycle shortened more than 37 days on average than before application to speed up technology,drilling cost saving more than 15%,and also save a lot because of lost circulation,borehole collapse accident and increases the drilling cost,etc.The integrated application of the speed-increasing technology and related technology provides technical support for realizing the goal of accelerating,improving quality,lowering cost and increasing efficiency in deep Wells of daqing oilfield.

Feasibility Study on Wind Power Complementary Power Supply System of Pumping Unit in Daqing Oilfield

Abstract:In Daqing oil fields,the energy comsumption of pumping unit hold larger proportion in the holistic cost of oil fields.The administration department are highly interested in energy conservation and many energy-efficient technologies are adopted,thus saving a lot of energy and reducing production costs inside certain period.However,in the course of developing many hindering factors have appeared in the evolution.The wind-power hybrid power system is designed in accordance with actual production requirement and also has many characteristics such as security, energy saving, environmental protection and so on.According to development tendencies of Daqing oil fields,we can project that the wind-power hybrid power system will have extensive applications in oil fields.

Application of Lifting Technology of Electric Control Commutation Tower Type Pumping Machine

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low transmission efficiency,energy consumption and poor energy-saving effect of traditional beam pumping units,the lifting technology test of electronically controlled reversing tower pumping units is carried out in order to reduce single well energy consumption and improve energy-saving effect.By changing the transmission of four-bar linkage of beam pumping unit,the motor can drive the driving wheel and the moving pulley directly through the deceleration of the reducer,and the up and down reciprocating motion is controlled by the intelligent control device,so as to improve the transmission efficiency and system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Through comparative analysis of test data from four wells,the average system efficiency is increased by 11.29%,the electricity saving rate of 100 meters per ton of liquid is 26.3%,and the average daily electricity saving rate of single well is 56.4 kW,which has better energy saving effect.Four wells have saved 8.176×104kW·h of electricity per year and 5 217 thousand yuan of electricity per year.They have high economic benefits and broad application prospects.

Application and Commissioning of Lithium Bromide Refrigeration Unit in Petrochemical Urea Dewaxing System

Abstract:This paper provides a reference for installation and commissioning of lithium bromide refrigeration units in petrochemical plants.In according to the practical experience summary for the application and commissioning of FG-73H×2 lithium bromide refrigeration unit used for circulating refrigerated water(7-13 ℃)in urea dewaxing unit,in terms of the technical problems found in the first commissioning,it is analyzed that the working condition changes of the petrochemical plant have influence on the operation stability of lithium bromide refrigeration unit,and a series of feasible technical schemes are made up.After the second commissioning,the refrigeration unit can be suitable for the change of heat load and the disturbance problem from external environment is solved.The lithium bromide unit can automatically adjust the heat load from 10%to 100%eventually,which is well suitable for the production process environment and meets the production demand.The energy system with low energy consumption,low pollution and high efficiency will be of a good development prospect under green development concept.The debugging results show that the steam-powered lithium bromide refrigeration unit con be used in petrochemical production units,and can supply 7-13℃circulating refrigerated water steadily

Abstract:In view of the problems of high energy consumption, low test efficiency,low test equipment potential, safety and environmental defects in some equipment, the traditional oil,gas and water flow meter calibration equipment has been put forward to transform the frequency and energy saving technology of the metering device of oil and gas flow metering instrument and add water loop.The equipment for the recovery and utilization of the outer drainage of the air pump,as well as the technical measures of improving the technological process of the water flow metering instrument verification device, are improved,and the effect and the comprehensive benefit are analyzed.Practice has proved that these energy-saving technology measures are very effective.

Management and Practice of Energy Saving in Pumping Well Site

Abstract:At present,lifting equipment is mainly pumping unit,system efficiency as an important index to evaluate the lift efficiency of pumping unit,when the system efficiency is lower than 22%as the system efficiency is low.The system efficiency test shows that the low efficiency of the system is generally characterized by high power consumption,high single consumption, low liquid production, and the analysis of the factors affecting the system efficiency, the low efficiency of the system is mainly due to the production of liquid yield,unreasonable parameters,equipment mismatch and other reasons.In order to improve the system efficiency of low production status,combined with on-site management experience,based on the actual operating parameters,the system efficiency of the impact of the cause classification,the establishment of ground parameters optimization, pump diameter replacement, node control, pumping, drag equipment optimization measures,received significant energy-saving effect.

Application of Heat Insulation andAnti-wear Tubing in High Waxy Oil Wells

Abstract:Conventional paraffin cleaning methods such as chemical(microorganism),heat washing,mechanical and electrothermal cleaning methods have made great progress and development;frontier wax-cleaning and anti-waxing methods are being tried;heat insulation tubing of different materials can clear and prevent wax.The anticoagulant effect has been proved by field test,but neither of them has realized the combination of oil well cleaning and preventing wax and surface oil gathering.The heat insulation and wear resistant oil pipe composed of ordinary oil pipe 35CrMo inner pipe, heat insulating layer 35CrMo seal sleeve, tetrafluoroethylene rubber sleeve,vacuum seal sleeve,oil pipe coupling,etc.Its insulation layer can block the loss of formation heat energy carried by crude oil during lifting process.The lifting edge and wellhead temperature are higher than that of crude oil waxing point temperature,which has the function of anti-wear and anticorrosion after cold rolling and medium frequency tempering treatment of 35CrMo alloy inner pipe.After the application of 16 oil wells,the wellhead temperature is increased by 21.37℃,the average daily power consumption of single well is reduced by 23.58 kW·h.the average maximum suspended load of pumping unit is reduced by 10.27 kN,and the chemical and thermal cleaning measures are eliminated,and the partial wear of rod and pipe is alleviated.The change of single well oil gathering mode from three-tube mixing heat to single-tube oil gathering.The"one pipe multifunction"is realized,and the traditional technology of oil recovery and ground gathering and transportation is simplified to the maximum extent.
