[摘要] 目的 探究早期系統(tǒng)康復在手燒傷患者中的應用價值。方法 該次研究對象方便選取該院于2017年5月—2019年5月收治的手燒傷患者100例，并將其根據隨機原則實施分組，分為對照組（n=50）與觀察組（n=50）。給予對照組外科常規(guī)護理，而觀察組則實施早期系統(tǒng)康復護理。比較兩組的護理效果，同時比較兩組干預前后神經功能評分量表（ASIA）、手指關節(jié)活動度（TAM）。 結果 觀察組的護理總有效率（96.00%）明顯高于對照組（82.00%）（χ2=5.010;P<0.05）;干預后，兩組患者的ASIA評分均比干預前升高，但觀察組更高于對照組（P<0.05）;且手指關節(jié)活動優(yōu)良率（80.00%）也較高于對照組（62.00%）（χ2=3.930;P<0.05）。 結論 針對手燒傷患者，應用早期系統(tǒng)康復護理干預，其護理效果較為理想，能有效改善患者的神經功能和手指關節(jié)活動功能，恢復效果更好，值得臨床推廣。

Application Value of Early Systematic Rehabilitation in Patients with Hand Burns

[Abstract] Objective To explore the value of early systematic rehabilitation in patients with hand burn. Methods Convenient election 100 cases of hand burn patients admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as subjects of this study， and they were divided into control group （n=50） and observation group （n=50） according to the random principle. The control group was given routine surgical nursing， while the observation group was given early systematic rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared， as well as the neurological function rating scale （ASIA） and finger range of motion （TAM） before and after the intervention. Results The total effective rate （96.00%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （82.00%）（χ2=5.010 P<0.05）; After intervention， ASIA scores of patients in both groups were higher than before intervention， but the observation group was higher than the control group （P<0.05）; In addition， the excellent and good rate of finger joint activity （80.00%） was higher than that of the control group （62.00%）（χ2=3.930 P<0.05）. Conclusion For hand burn patients， the application of early systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention， the nursing effect is relatively ideal， can effectively improve the nerve function and finger joint movement function of patients， better recovery effect， is worthy of clinical promotion.

手是人類不可或缺的一個重要器官，當手出現(xiàn)燒傷后則會導致人們的正常生活受到嚴重影響。若是燒傷程度較深，可會使手部皮膚出現(xiàn)瘢痕，而瘢痕的形成則會使患者出現(xiàn)疼痛、瘙癢難耐等癥狀，甚至會損害患者手指的相關關節(jié)功能[1-2]。因此，臨床在給予患者有效治療的同時，也應高度重視后續(xù)的護理工作，以促進患者關節(jié)功能早期恢復。基于此，該文研究通過對該院2017年5月—2019年5月收治的50例手燒傷患者實施早期系統(tǒng)康復護理，并重點對其護理效果進行探究，現(xiàn)報道如下。
