位于西安市高科技工業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)中心地帶的匯城國(guó)際塔樓，是一座24層高的優(yōu)質(zhì)辦公樓建筑。

塔樓由三個(gè)細(xì)長(zhǎng)的板塊組成。北邊和南邊的板塊采用火燒板的花崗巖飾面，中間的長(zhǎng)板塊則采用鋁制穿孔板覆面。南北立面上深深地凹進(jìn)表面的開(kāi)窗，靈感來(lái)自中國(guó)古代碑林上纂刻的書(shū)法形象。東西立面中間通高的幕墻，將建筑兩側(cè)公園的景觀引入室內(nèi)，外皮上的孔板則有效地減少了東西兩面直射強(qiáng)光，控制了建筑內(nèi)部熱量的積聚和炫光。

塔樓的建筑面積達(dá)5.2萬(wàn)平方米，為租戶(hù)提供寬敞無(wú)柱的辦公樓盤(pán)和共享服務(wù)設(shè)施，其中包括底層的雙層高門(mén)廳、咖啡廳、二層的大小會(huì)議室、圖書(shū)館以及一間哺乳室。

塔樓設(shè)計(jì)榮獲美國(guó)綠色建筑委員會(huì)頒發(fā)的能源和環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)核心&外皮領(lǐng)袖（LEED）預(yù)認(rèn)證金獎(jiǎng)。

Located in the heart of Xi’an’s High-Tech Industries Development Zone, Huichen International Tower is a 24-storey premium commercial office building.

The building is designed with three thin slabs. The north and south slabs are clad in exfoliated granite, while the centre slab is clad in perforated aluminium. The north and south fa?ades have deep, recessed windows inspired by ancient Chinese stone tablets and engraved calligraphy. A full glass curtain wall in the centre of the east and west facades, captures views to the parks at both sides of the building while the perforated screens reduce glare and heat gain to the building.

With a total of 52,000m2, the building provides tenants with large office floorplates and shared amenities including a ground floor, double height lobby; a café; meetings rooms; and a library.The building has been awarded a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Core and Shell (LEED-CS) Gold pre-certi fi cation by the US Green Building Council.
