Zhuzhou Smelter Group Started Its Zinc-based Material Project With 300000-ton Zinc Alloy Product Line

It is reported that Zhuzhou Smelter Group officially launched its zinc-based material project in Nanzhou Industrial Park, Luzhou District, Zhuzhou, Hunan on March, 7. This project includes zinc alloy product line, galvanizing zinc residue treating system and zinc particle and zinc ball manufacturing system.

The project will construct 300000-ton zinc alloy product line, 10000-ton galvanizing zinc residue treating system, 6000-ton zinc particle and zinc ball manufacturing system. Scale of construction is 194000 tons of hot-dip galvanized zinc alloy annually, 100000 tons of casting zinc alloy annually, 6000 tons of zinc particle and zinc ball annually.

This project boasts total investment of RMB 338 million and covers an area of 100 mu. When it reaches design capacity, it will create sales volume of over RMB 5 billion, becoming one of the biggest projects in Lukou District.
