Liu Dali， born in 1978， is a member of Chinese Artists Association， member of Chengde Artists Association， Vice President and Secretary-General of Chengde County Artists Association， and now works at Chengde County Cultural Center， Hebei province.

Learning from Xiao Yutian， Chinese master of elaborate-style paintings， and well-known landscape painter Guan Chengxi， Liu has devoted himself to studying exquisite Chinese flower-and-bird paintings and landscape paintings， and his painting techniques have advanced rapidly. His works have been displayed at several influential national fine arts exhibitions， including the 8th China Jiaxing International Cartoon Biennale held by Chinese Artists Association， the First National Cartoon Fine Arts Exhibition hosted by CAA， the 11th“Zikai Cup” National Cartoon Exhibition， the 12th National Fine Arts Exhibition and so forth. Liu successfully held his solo exhibition in Chengde city in 2014， gaining significant recognition from experts and the public.

劉大力，男，生于1978年9月，中國(guó)美協(xié)會(huì)員，承德市美協(xié)理事，承德縣美協(xié)副主席兼秘書長(zhǎng)。河北省承德縣政協(xié)委員，現(xiàn)供職于承德縣文化館。

自幼熱愛繪畫，大學(xué)畢業(yè)后筆耕不輟，創(chuàng)作出大量山水、花鳥作品。同時(shí)有幸拜全國(guó)工筆畫大師蕭玉田、著名冰雪山水畫家關(guān)成熙為師，學(xué)習(xí)工筆花鳥以及山水畫，技藝突飛猛進(jìn)。作品多次參加國(guó)家、省、市級(jí)展覽：2017年10月，作品《警鐘長(zhǎng)鳴》入選中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)舉辦的第八屆中國(guó)·嘉興國(guó)際漫畫雙年展；同年11月，《玩轉(zhuǎn)夏日》入選中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)舉辦的首屆全國(guó)動(dòng)漫美術(shù)作品展。2016年，《新流民圖》入選中國(guó)美協(xié)舉辦的“子愷杯”第十一屆中國(guó)漫畫大展；同年7月，《寶塔山下向陽(yáng)開》榮獲河北省人大紀(jì)念中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立95周年書畫攝影精品展一等獎(jiǎng)。2014年，《新竹林七賢》入選第十二屆全國(guó)美展，《清下圖》獲第七屆花鳥畫展佳作獎(jiǎng)；同年，作品入選慶祝新中國(guó)建立65周年河北省美術(shù)作品展。2012年，《愛蓮說》獲國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局“統(tǒng)計(jì)風(fēng)采”書畫展一等獎(jiǎng)。2015年被河北省委宣傳部評(píng)為“燕趙文化之星”、市級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)拔尖人才。2014年在承德市成功舉辦個(gè)人首次畫展，得到專家和社會(huì)群眾認(rèn)可。
