【摘要】 目的：觀察聚維酮碘沖洗液在內(nèi)眼手術(shù)前結(jié)膜囊病患者中的消毒效果及舒適度。方法：選取2018年1月-2019年1月于本院進(jìn)行內(nèi)眼手術(shù)的患者58例（58眼）為研究對象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為觀察組和對照組，各29例（29眼）。兩組術(shù)前1 d均給予0.5%左氧氟沙星滴眼液點(diǎn)眼8次，在此基礎(chǔ)上，對照組術(shù)前1 h使用2.5 g/L安爾碘Ⅲ 10 mL+0.9%氯化鈉注射液200 mL沖洗結(jié)膜囊，觀察組術(shù)前1 h給予5%聚維酮碘10 mL+0.9%氯化鈉注射液200 mL配置成0.025%的聚維酮碘溶液100 mL進(jìn)行結(jié)膜沖洗。觀察兩組沖洗前后結(jié)膜囊?guī)Ь?、沖洗后結(jié)膜充血情況、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率以及舒適度。結(jié)果：兩組沖洗前帶菌率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），觀察組沖洗后帶菌率為6.90%，低于對照組的27.59%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;兩組沖洗后結(jié)膜充血程度、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率、舒適度評分比較，差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論：聚維酮碘沖洗液能夠明顯降低內(nèi)眼手術(shù)患者術(shù)前結(jié)膜囊?guī)Ь?，且具有較好的安全性和舒適度，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the disinfection effect and comfort of Povidone Iodine Rinse Solution in patients with conjunctival sac disease before internal eye surgery.Method：A total of 58 patients（58 eyes）who underwent endophthalmic surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects.According to random number table method，they were divided into observation group and control group，29 cases（29 eyes）in each group.They were given 0.5% Levofloxacin eye drops 8 times 1 day before operation，on this basis，control group was given 2.5 g/L AneriodineⅢ 10 mL + 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 200 mL to wash conjunctival sac 1 hour before operation，observation group was given 5% Povidone Iodine Rinse Solution?10 mL + 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 200 mL，which was allocated to 0.025% povidone iodine solution?100 mL for conjunctival irrigation.The bacterial carrier rate of conjunctival sac before and after irrigation，conjunctival congestion after irrigation，incidence of adverse reactions and comfort were observed.Result：Before irrigation，the rate of bacteria carrying in two groups was compared，the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）;after irrigation，the rate of bacteria carrying in observation group was 6.90%，lower than 27.59% in control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The degree of conjunctival congestion，incidence of adverse reactions and comfort scores in two groups were compared，the differences were not statistically significant（P>0.05）.Conclusion：Povidone Iodine Rinse Solution can significantly reduce the bacterial carrier rate of conjunctival sac before internal eye surgery，and has good safety and comfort，which is worthy of clinical application.
