艾米和丹尼爾參加了學校組織的旅行,他們正要去參觀一座農(nóng)場。農(nóng)場里都有哪些動物?為什么要穿靴子呢?趕快和我一起來讀讀這個故事吧!
Amy and Daniel were on a school trip. They were going to a farm.
“I want to see all the animals,” said Daniel.
At the farm Mrs Green said, “Put on your boots now.”
“I haven’t got my boots,” said Daniel. “What can I do?”
“Here are some boots,” said the farmer.
Daniel put on the boots.
“Look! Amy,” he said, “My boots are bigger than yours.”
Amy ran off to see some chickens.
“Who wants to give the chickens some corn?” said Mrs Green.
“I do!” called Daniel.
Daniel tried to run to Mrs Green but he fell over.
“I can’t run,” he said. “My boots are too big.”
“Come and look at the goats,” said Mrs Green.
Amy ran to the shed. “I want to see the goats,” she said.
Daniel tried to catch up with Amy but he could not run in his big boots.
“I don’t like my boots,” he said.
“Come and look at the horse,” said Mrs Green. “Who wants to give him a carrot?”
“I do!” said Daniel.
“The horse is very big. You must climb up on this box,” said Mrs Green.
Daniel tried to climb up on the box but one of his boots fell off.
“My boots are too big,” said Daniel.
So Amy climbed up on the box and gave the carrot to the horse.
“Come on,” said Mrs Green. “Let’s go to the field.”
When they came to the field, Mrs Green opened the gate.
“Oh look! I can see a calf,” said Amy. “Can I go over to it?”
“Yes,” said the farmer. “But the field is very muddy.”
Amy tried to walk over to the calf but the field was too muddy.
“Help,” said Amy. “I can’t get to the calf.”
The farmer looked down at Daniel’s big boots.
“Your boots are big, you can come with me to see the calf,” he said.
Daniel walked into the muddy field and went over to the little calf.
“I like my big boots now,” he said.
