慶祝改革開放40周年大會2018年12月18日上午在北京舉行。中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平在大會上發(fā)表重要講話。

習(xí)近平指出，改革開放成為當代中國最顯著的特征、最壯麗的氣象。全黨全國各族人民將改革開放進行到底，不斷實現(xiàn)人民對美好生活的向往，在新時代創(chuàng)造中華民族新的更大奇跡！創(chuàng)造讓世界刮目相看的新的更大奇跡！

對此，多國政治、經(jīng)濟、學(xué)術(shù)、媒體等各界人士表示，40年來，中國人民取得了堪稱人間奇跡的巨大成就，改革開放不僅是實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的里程碑之一，而且對世界具有重要意義。

選擇正確發(fā)展道路

改革開放是中國共產(chǎn)黨的一次偉大覺醒，正是這個偉大覺醒孕育了黨從理論到實踐的偉大創(chuàng)造。改革開放是中國人民和中華民族發(fā)展史上的一次偉大革命，正是這個偉大革命推動了中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的偉大飛躍！

剛剛獲頒中國改革友誼獎?wù)碌拿绹袊鴨栴}專家羅伯特·庫恩表示，從習(xí)近平講話可以看出，中國新時代的發(fā)展方向“明確而自信”，堅持中國特色社會主義發(fā)展道路，堅持中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，把人民福祉放在優(yōu)先地位，深化改革與創(chuàng)新。

俄羅斯共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人久加諾夫在莫斯科接受專訪時表示，40年前，中共十一屆三中全會確定了改革開放政策，推動中國今天達到當年難以想象的高度。“中國取得的一切成就，與堅持中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和走社會主義道路密不可分?！?/p>

老撾人民革命黨中央辦公廳副主任京培20世紀六七十年代曾經(jīng)在北京上學(xué)，之后又多次到訪中國，對中國改革開放40年變化有直觀感受。他說，40年來，中國通過改革開放發(fā)展起來，人民在改革開放中得到福祉，國家在國際舞臺，上越來越有威望。“中國改革開放這個道路是走對了！”

印度中國研究所前所長莫漢蒂表示，始于1978年的改革開放是中國社會、經(jīng)濟、政治領(lǐng)域的一次偉大革命，也是中國人民進行的一次偉大實踐和創(chuàng)新。它被稱為“新長征”，具備兩個特點：一是最大限度地.把人民力量團結(jié)起來，二是創(chuàng)新。

實現(xiàn)民族偉大飛躍

改革開放極大改變了中國的面貌、中華民族的面貌、中國人民的面貌、中國共產(chǎn)黨的面貌。中華民族迎來了從站起來、富起來到強起來的偉大飛躍！中國特色社會主義迎來了從創(chuàng)立、發(fā)展到完善的偉大飛躍！中國人民迎來了從溫飽不足到小康富裕的偉大飛躍！

“當未來的歷史學(xué)家寫下我們這個時代的編年史時，一個亮點肯定是中國改革開放40年來取得的輝煌成就。這是多么驚人的變化！”庫恩說。

同時獲頒中國改革友誼獎?wù)碌挠?8家集團俱樂部主席斯蒂芬·佩里說，改革開放40年間，中國變化令人驚嘆。

美國《全球策略信息》雜志社華盛頓分社社長威廉·瓊斯說，改革開放40年，中國已經(jīng)從一個貧困國家變成了當今世界上最重要的經(jīng)濟體之一。

英國《每日電訊報》12月188刊登文章說，過去40年來，中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展成就巨大，中國成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟體。

日本富士通總研首席研究員金堅敏說，改革開放已被證明是使中國社會煥然一新的.金鑰匙”。他堅信，在中國，改革開放只有進行時，沒有完成時。

南非大學(xué)政治分析師沙德拉克·加托說，40年前我們說起中國，就會想到“自.行車王國”，如今，中國自己制造的汽車已經(jīng)銷往全球。無論是從物質(zhì)還是精神面貌來看，中國人的生活都發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。

推動世界共同繁榮

金堅敏說，中國改革開放40年，成就了自身，也惠及了世界。中國經(jīng)濟快速增長釋放出來的巨大需求，不僅幫助許多他國陷入困境的企業(yè)恢復(fù)增長，中國開放的市場也成為外國企業(yè)開發(fā)產(chǎn)品、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)的競技場。

孟加拉國前駐華大使魯克·索布汗說，中國成立了國家國際發(fā)展合作署，該機構(gòu)與亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行、絲路基金、金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行、金磚國家應(yīng)急儲備安排等機構(gòu)機制一道為人類命運共同體理念的實現(xiàn)提供堅實基礎(chǔ)，為全球和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供強有力支持，將會使包括孟加拉國在內(nèi)的發(fā)展中國家在經(jīng)濟增長、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展等各方面獲益。

莫漢蒂說，中國向世界貢獻了人類命運共同體這一振奮人心的理念，中國經(jīng)濟的成功也促使中國堅持擴大開放。他相信，世界各國人民都會衷心祝愿中國人民在和平與發(fā)展的道路上取得更大成就。

World experts hail China’s miracle-like achievements?over 40 years

As?China celebrated the 40th anniversary?of its reform and opening -up policy on

December 18， 2018， the achievements it has?made over the last four decades were hailed asa miracle.

Experts said that China's reform and opening-up not only is a milestone in the country's history?but also holds global significance.

RIGHT PATH

Addressing a grand gathering on December18 to celebrate the 40th anniversary， ChinesePresident Xi Jinping said that the past 40 years?eloquently prove the correctness of the path，?theory， system and culture of socialism withChinese characteristics.

Robert Lawrence Kuhn， a leading American?expert on China who was honored with ChinaReform Friendship Medal on December 18，?said China's direction is clear， that is， socialism?with Chinese characteristics， the leadership?of the Communist Party of China （CPC） in all?areas， putting people and their well- being?and happiness first， and the need to further?implement and deepen reforms.

Russian Communist Party leader Gennady?Zyuganov said the reform and opening-up policy enacted?by the CPC at the third plenary session?of the 11th CPC Central Committee in 1978planned China's development and raised China to?heights unimaginable at that time.

"AII the achievements that China has made?is inseparable from the country's adherence?to the leadership of the CPC and taking the?socialist path，" he said in a recent interview.

Manoranjan Mohanty， former chairperson?of the Institute of Chinese Studies in Delhi，?said the reform and opening- -up was a great?revolution.

At one time it was called a "New LongMarch，" which has two things in common with?the Long March of the Red Army-one is?the determination to unite maximum popular?forces and the other is to innovate a strategy of?revolution， he said.

QUANTUM LEAP

Describing the reform and opening-up as "a great revolution in the history of theChinese people and the Chinese nation，" Xi said?a quantum leap has been made in the cause of?socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Stephen Perry， chairman of Britain’s business networking organization 48 GroupClub， said China has undergone incredible?transformation since its reform and opening-up in 1978 and the country is sure to achieve its?long-term target.

Perry， also recipient of the China ReformFriendship Medal， said that he had seen China?turning from a backward country where most of?the population lived in countryside into a country?where nearly 60 percent of the population now?dwell in towns and cities.

During the period， China's grain output has?doubled to over 600 million tons and modern technology?is being developed in various industries， Perry noted.

William Jones， Washington bureau chief?of the U.S. publication Executive IntelligenceReview， said in an interview that the 40th?anniversary of the reform and opening-up is?extremely important and is a pivotal moment.

China has moved from a relatively?impoverished country to one of the most important economic?powers in the world today， Jones said.

What is done has shown that the policy that?was laid out in terms of the reform and opening-up has been a resounding success， he added.

China's reform and opening-up over the?past 40 years has proven to be the "golden key"to reviving its society， said Jin Jianmin， a senior?fellow at the Fujitsu Research Institute in Tokyo?，believing that the ongoing process will never stop.

Shadrack Gutto， a political analyst at theUniversity of South Africa， recalled that when?talking about China 40 years ago， people would?think of the "kingdom of bicycle."

But now automobiles made by China havebeen exported to the world market， said Gutto，?adding that both in material and spiritual terms，Chinese people's standard of living has been significantly improved.

PROPELLING GLOBAL PROSPERITY

The 40 years of reform and opening-up?has benefited both China and the world， saidJin， emphasizing that the great demand created?by China's rapid economic growth has offered opportunities?to the intonational?community.

Farooq Sobhan， president of BangladeshEnterprise Institute， said the China InternationalDevelopment Cooperation Agency， along with?the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and theNew Silk Road Fund， represents the country's"firm commitment to promote and support economic?growth， both globally and regionally."

These institutions will "benefit Bangladeshand other developing countries to meet their growing?development and infrastructure?requirements，" said Sob?han.

Appreciating the China- -proposed concept of?a community with a shared future for mankind，?Mohanty believed that "people all over the worldwish the people of China even greater successes?in pursuing the path of equitable and sustainable development."
